My experience today with the service department was excellent. Brad was nothing short of a professional. Himself and Steven answered all my questions and really exceeded my expectations. Service department doesn't answer phone calls. I've been trying for weeks and never reach anyone. I get forwarded to the service department and/or Steve's voicemail and they never return my calls. This for an NOX sensor issue that the truck has been in for 2 times already. As soon as I picked up my truck after the last service the check engine light came back on again on the drive home. Now the truck's computer informs me I have 78 km's to go before my truck goes into limp mode. Very frustrating when you cannot reach anyone and cannot drive your $75000 truck.

I pulled into this dealer today because all local mechanics were closed and I was having a problem with a Hyundai. I was immediately greeted by Nathan from the service department. He was instantly willing to help,... very kind, courteous, and willing to help on the spot despite his busy schedule. He was more then happy to help us get right back on the road. Thanks brother! I won't forget it. Excellent customer service. Wouldn't hesitate stopping here again. Cheers

I was working out of town in Squamish and needed my 2013 Ford Explorer worked on. Brad service manager was able to squeeze me in on a busy week after a long weekend. I was treated like a long time customer as soon as I walked thru the door. I got amazing service and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to Brad and Steve at the service counter for your incredible service. Much appreciated!

The Service guys didn’t follow through at all. They said they were going to call and email me with a quote within 15 min. Never did-not even by end of day. Would rather drive to the city for better service.

Went there for a recall and an oil change. They couldn't do the recall for the rear driveshaft, because they didn't have the tool for it. Instead of apologizing for wasting 2 hours of my life, they tried to make excuses that they weren't familiar with that recent" recall

Just had a great interaction with Brad, the service Manager, and the fellow who took my vehicle in the service department. I had our company vehicle in for service and Brad drove me home while it was being done. Very friendly and just an all around good experience.

This is review of the sales department. Although I personally did not buy the vehicle, I wanted to leave a review of how this dealership is a great experience in buying a vehicle.They were very open from the beginning, and was transparent in their pricing. They did not mark up their vehicles and are selling at MSRP. They were open to giving quotes via email before going into the dealership, and understood that when a quote is given, the customer may or may not buy the vehicle.In the future, if I end up buying a Ford, I will be buying from this dealership.
