I was the maid of honour for a wedding that Charlotte was the day of coordinator for. Charlotte was texting me throughout the day making sure everything was going smoothly and asking if we needed anything.She was a pleasure to have around, never too much or not enough. Just the perfect amount of checking in and getting stuff done.She killed it and everyone at the wedding had nothing but positive things to say about Charlotte.

We loved working with Charlotte! She was our week-of coordinator and it was so nice to be able to pass the details on to her and know it would all be taken care of. She set up our ceremony and reception more beautifully than I imagined it. She made our whole day flow smoothly and checked in to make sure all was well. I was able to forget about logistics and enjoy our evening thanks to Charlotte!

Charlotte was hired to design, provide month of coordination + a bit of extra time for consulting. We felt we got along with her from the get go, and after our wedding - we can't stop talking about how much our day wouldn't have been so smooth without her.We had no regrets hiring someone, definitely for the day, but the months leading in, Charlotte was there for every question & gave us the structure & expertise we needed to carry some of the tasks over the line since she was not fully planning our wedding.Seeing her in action on our day, and knowing whole-heartedly everything was handled, and handled well in setup, take down & everything in between made our day SO much better.thank you!!!

We hired Charlotte for day-of coordinating and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. She really went above and beyond confirming plans with our vendors and checking in with us often the week-of. Charlotte was great to work with. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail leading up to the wedding assured me that we were in good hands. She helped alleviate any stress on the day of. My only regret would be not booking her for the full day. A bride should be relaxed from the moment she wakes up and Charlotte ensures that is the case!

Charlotte is amazing she did my daughters wedding, everything went very smoothly she is very easy to talk to, personable, accommodating pays attention to detail she did everything and more, when asked to do some changes a very short notice she did not hesitate and made it happen, she was will there please, she worked very hard all day stayed till the DJ stopped playing, she is awesome, amazing I highly recommend her to coordinate a wedding, you will not be disappointed.Thank you Charlotte you made the day perfect everything I could ask for!!!
