I went in for a tune up on my bike. The owner is a super genuine guy and he got my bike working better than I could've asked for. It was also incredibly affordable and I'll definitely do business with key cycle again.

Im driving a electric tricycle because I can't walk since li broke my neck 27 months ago. and every time I go visit since the beginning of last summer I have had friendly great service. The guys have no problem coming outside to help me out. Thank you KEY CYCLE and I will see you when the sun shines again. Keep up the great work

Truly awesome. Knowledgable. Friendly. Helpful. Inexpensive. Fast.I brought in an Ebike with steering stability and disc brake problems. A few hours later I got a call to say the bike was ready, a part had been replaced, all adjustments made and it was trail ready. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would.

Another bike shop somehow broke my bike during a simple tune up and claimed the repairs would cost me extra. I took my bike down to Key Cycle for a second opinion. The staff at Key Cycle were able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 mins at an affordable cost.Highly recommend this shop!

It's a key cutting place, as far as bikes they do not know what they are doing in least. They are not professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't recommend getting anything fixed here outside of a Walmart bike and even then you're better off with the other bike shops.

Unbelievably nice guy. Great person to talk to and ask questions. I’m a student and my bike is the only thing I use to get around. Got my wheels trued, it was inexpensive and it didn’t take long at all. Sat there and waited, since it was so cheap thought I buy some stickers too haha
