My snare stand recently broke (got crushed) and I was looking to replace it but I didnt quite want to spend 50$ on it, I ended up talking to the a guy who works here, named Eric, and he took a look at my stand and fixed it up- he was so sweet and when I asked if there was anything I could do to compensate he smiled and told me a Thanks" was all he needed. The few people who I have talked to here

Great customer service, I stopped by yesterday in search of a harmonica to start learning on. Kane not only helped me find a good fit and gave plenty of recommendations for learning but was extremely passionate and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend this store for your instrumental needs.

I played a lot of awesome guitars and caused a good amount of noise around the shop. Found the right fit for me with the 2019 SG special. Mike was great and Jesse did a solid job setting up the guitar before I bought it. Thanks dudes. Couldn't be happier with my new axe.

Walked in to L&M as a complete rookie to music with the goal of purchasing a guitar found on their website. Was looking at a more expensive model originally but after speaking with a very helpful sales associate was directed to a less costly model that was not only a better instrument for me overall but they took the time to show me why it was.Walked out well equipped for a great price. Another staff member has assisted me well twice since the purchase with technical issues that I could not figure out myself - no charge for either adjustment and within minutes of me walking in to their store. Can't say anything but good things about the folks at Long and McQuade in Fredericton NB!

I was looking for an MPC Key 61 and a new audio Interface. They didn’t have either item in store and had to order them.Due to an issue with their supplier it was looking like I was out of luck for the foreseeable future.Brad and the staff called all over Canada until they found the items and even rushed the shipping and I had both home by the end of the week.I will be a customer for life now. It was the best customer service I have ever had. Thanks again Brad and the rest of the staff!!!

Mike is a very knowledgeable and courteous employee who works at this location. He's always super sweet to my 4 year old daughter and 2 year son who often have to come with me on my visits. He's always made it a special experience for them, and our entire family! I always feel like Mike and the rest of the crew are willing to go the extra mile to ensure I get what I came for, or ensure that they can order it and have it for me in a jiffy. I can't think of a bad thing to say about this place or it's staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am new to the guitar and just made the jump from acoustic to electric. The staff here were super helpful and friendly. They don't make you feel stupid when asking questions unlike some other placed in town. They answered all my questions and helped me get started with a great Epiphone Les Paul, an Amp, and all the accessories to get me going.After I hit a wall teaching myself to play I started taking lessons with Liam once a week. He's been great to work with and the price is excellent. Being 37 years old, I was alittle hesitant about taking lessons at first but after 3 lessons am very happy with the way its going so far.

I've always had great experiences with everyone at L&M in Fredericton. I recently traded in a Higher end acoustic guitar and older Fender amp for some new toys (Gibson acoustic matched up with a gorgeous Fender Acoustic amp). Eric helped me with the Trade-In price which was very fair and also helped save the HST towards the new guitar. Graeme (Manager) was also helpful in making sure my experience was great! Good job guys!

Took my mint SG in to get setup professionally which was in mint shape. While it was being worked on it was accidently dropped or banged whatever happened.I was contacted with good and bad news". At the end of the day they made it right with replacing the guitar with a new one off the shelf same model.Were all human
