I went there to purchase a Christmas gift for my mother. The staff were very friendly and even wrapped up the gift at no extra charge.Overall, I will be returning to this store often. Not only do they offer a great selection of items, but the staff are just wonderful.

Quaint little shop, on Bloor West, with a wide variety of items from fragrant bath / Toiletries, children toys / stuffed Animals, tea & tea sets, cards for special occasions, candy's and more @ reasonable pricesBright and vibrant store and very helpful and caring employees. One of very few type of stores that also offer delivery services.

I love getting items for people as gifts from this shop. Great quality and excellent customer service. I have also received gifts that are so cute and custom, you can’t find them anywhere else.Try the goat milk soap, it smells delicious !

it is a magical place - visiting place is like being transported to a fairy tale. so much beautiful (and beautifully displaye) stuff. great destination for Christmas gift seekers - for minimalists - many opportunities to find some really small, yet very satisfying as a potential gift. I really recommend checking out this place! there is something for everybody. Nice and polite employees who give you lots of space.

I am a 53 year old male that does NOT like shopping. Today I went to Lemon and Lavender to purchase gifts for my colleagues. The staff were postive and helpful! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and bought meaningful gifts for 10 people! It was painless. I will even go back on my own for a pair of the coolest socks in town.
