I don't understand why this freshCo broke all of coin lock and forcing customers to get back trolly inside the store even if it's raining.

Usually I don’t post around but customer dealing of CASHIER at Fresco made me.I went out for some grocery when I was cashing out her behaviour was so polite.Even though dry items were packed separately and cold on the other side.she actually knew what she was doing.Big shoutout to Harvinder kaur. Personal experience:- I spent 5 years in hospitality industry (customer service), I know how it feels when you spend all day dealing with rude and annoying customers. Even Customer small help can make their job easy,Pack your shopping as they scan it. It annoys them when you spend all the time watching them scan it, as you then hold their line up as you pack it after it has all been scanned and paid for. You can pack as they scan. Trust me, it can be done. Do not spend half an hour trying to find the correct change, it annoys everyone. Yes, I am sure you have $9.95 in there somewhere in shrapnel. but you also have a $10 note. Use it. sometime mistakes do happen,Humans make mistakes not the robots. Cashier Harvinder keep doing great job ✌️

A good place for grocery shopping. Though billing is sometimes mistaken, so check your bills before leaving. Many Indian brands are available here.

They have plenty of produce and groceries provision and so on. Pleasant shoppers and attendants. Good deals too

This is the most dirty disgusting grocery store I have been to. The floors are littered with bags and food. Displays are messy and food is piled in heaps. The cashiere was polite. That's the only good thing about this place. Line ups are very long.

Bought the spiny lobster, upon arrival at home to start cooking I realized it was spoilt. Mold on strawberries, spoilt lobster, and the list goes on. I will never return to any FreshCo stores. Utterly disgusted and truly disappointed.

Great hours of operation, clean, and a variety of groceries. Also, it still price matches, which is definitely a bonus with the ridiculous prices of groceries going around lately. No one was to waste gas driving location to location to save $5-$10 overall on a couple of grocery items, just to spend just as much or more money on gas and wasted time. Especially if the item is sold out. Will definitely be shopping here regularly.

There is an elderly man accosting incoming patrons at the entrance trying to charge 25 cents for a cart. He uses a fake coin to get you the cart and then tries to charge you for it. The staff refuse to do anything about him, they claim there is nothing they can do. This does not seem right that shoppers should be subjected to this harassment. Do better Freshco!

Could be kept clean, love both the meat shops. All your meat cut and clean the way you wantMay 17, 2022We bought Natrel milk and it was spoiled so I took all three bags but didn’t have the receipt. Grocery receipt I threw it out while I was exiting the store. So I didn’t have the receipt. All I asked for it to exchange the milk. I was refused. I been coming to this Freshco over 11 years ever since it was opened. Very very disappointed. This is the 1st time I have taken any thing back. It’s not even about money it’s about the milk brand Natrel suppose to last longer than any other milk and the date on my milk was June. I spoke to either supervisor or manager and told to speak to the store owner. Wow for a milk bag I have to come back to speak to a store owner. Poor customer service. Not happy at all. I paid for the milk and they kept the old bag.May 29, 2022Lines are long even express is crazy. Only 3 cashiers open. It’s a busy store. Store needs to be tidy and floor needs to be cleaned.

This place needs quality control. Food inspection needs to be monitored plus there has to be some penalty or strict rules on customers about the products left open. I was there this morning and saw the open boxes kept in there. I do not know if this was any customer or the staff but this needs to be checked. This is getting worse day by day.
