Asked for matcha red bean milk tea gave me a slush. It's was ok but was not ok because the person behind the til was not attentive. I guess his phone/texting was more important than giving customer service and listening to what customer was asking for. Such a bad service for my first time visit.

Chatime's is usually my favorite teas. But sadly this location employee had very bad hygiene, had no clue what a black milk tea is and didn't care what he was doing. I ended up with a very diluted milk tea, tasted like water with a hit of milk.

I have been to this bubble tea place for several times, and my experiences were always good. I order different things every time but the staff are always patient and nice, well that might because I always left a tip for them every time. I tried mango green tea last time and will surely taste that slush next time!Just a tip: leave a tip! It changes your life in a big way!

The staff at this store are great. They always patiently introduce their drinks and ingredients to me. I can understand how busy they are at times, but it's pathetic that there's only one person working.

Milk teas are usually decent, but the wateriness and lack of boba firmness is holding them back. Bobas have been consistently mushy lately (2022 fall) and the tea watered down. not great. I'm onto little viet as my regular place.I saw someone else said they turned down phone orders and refer to app ordering. Had this happen to me as well.Staff are usually nice and patient in person.

Favourite place to grab milk tea and drinks are always good! Should probably have more than one person on on evenings and weekends though to help with demand and not having long wait times and one employee doing all jobs (worth the wait)!

Chatime still good as usual. Good service. The brown sugar pearl with fresh milk really goes well with the hazelnut chocolate milk tea. I recommend to drink at the same time.

I know not all stores are able to make a lot of drinks that they don't have. That's why I come to their store to buy. The staff are very nice. They were willing to make me some drinks that they didn't have in store and they tasted good.
