Red Deer Acura

4 weeks & 3 days for new front & back breaks and routers.Customer service was poor. I'm still waiting for them to call me back. I picked up my car after the 4 week break job, I noticed the car needed a wheel alignment. Wheel alignment is Supposed to be done. after getting a front break job done. I had to pay another shop to do the wheel alignmentThey are the second highest in cost to get work done in alberta.They don't Honor there Acura Premium package cost $5000.00 when buying a car from them.

Hands down, the BEST buying experience I have ever had. James was phenomenal. It's nice to work with a real person that actually cares about his customers and 'gets it'.

I just bought my new 2024 Integra Type-S at Red Deer Acura, and it was a great experience! Tyler, Tom, and Cam were all excellent to work with, very professional and fun to talk to, and they gave me exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. The car is wonderful, and the buying experience at Red Deer Acura is top notch. This is now the only place where I will buy or service a vehicle, 10/10 would recommend.

I was looking for a Acura part on national back order and none of my local BC dealerships had any stock. Neither did Washington State dealerships. Red Deer Acura had one in stock and were able to ship it to me within a day. HUGE thanks to them and their parts team. Recently purchased a used vehicle off James and the team at Acura. It might seem silly to say, but this was a very fun friendly experience! When you first walk into this dealership you are immediately family. The team will treat you with so much love and respect. We all know buying a car can be scary and overwhelming but having a fun, family like team with many giggles throughout the process makes a huge difference! I can’t thank James and his team enough!

Overall great experience with the dealership. Both sales person Tyler and finance manager Cam were both very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. Both are knowledgeable and presented to me my best options. The sales manager(s) were both awesome at fulfilling most of my requests.However, at the moment, I am waiting for Tyler to get back to me concerning child car seat anchors in the back seats of the car.I am also waiting for Cam to get back to me about finance/lease charge I was not aware of until I went home and compared the quote and the final agreed pricing. Hopefully we can get this sorted out.Can and will update the situation as I go. Holding on the extra star until I hear back from both lovely gentlemen. But definitely awesome people there.

Picked up a 2015 Acura TlX back in 2018. I was super excited, very beautiful car, full of options and made me proud to drive. Unfortunately when my car was brought in for some warranty work back at the start of October of 2022 I never thought it would be the last time I saw it…. Days become weeks, weeks became months, to this day I have still not received my car and it’s been 9 months. The most disheartening part of this whole process is Acura only reaches out to me when it benefits themselves. They have never followed through on a scheduled phone call for an update, it’s always me chasing them. It’s really unfortunate because the car itself is quite lovely and I would never try to speak poorly onto anyone, But unless you can afford to go just under a year without one, I would never recommend.

Very satisfied with the service I recieved from my advisor James and the finance guy Cam. They are all very helpful and looked after me. I am very excited about my new 2023 Mdx Platinum Elite with my new black rims and trim.
