I was charged 12 months of mail forwarding, whereas online offered 6 month and 12 month option. Online did not accept my visa debit card so I had to go in and only wanted forwarding for 6 months :(

Unhelpful customer service. I brought a pre-printed a shipping label to use. They wouldn't allow me to use it and told me I needed to re-write all the information on a small form. The small form they wanted me to write on looked like a photo copy of the original form and some of the lettering was cut-off. I did not feel confident and secure dropping my package here so I left...... I went to a different location. The other location I went to was super helpful and professional. Explained what needed to be done and used the pre-printed label. This location felt unknowledgable and didn't care.

I have just seen these reviews and stopped to write. I have been using their service for 4 years. Never had a problem. In fact, a few weeks ago signed up for a mailbox for my online orders because of how quick and useful staff is at this location.Very diverse staff, respectful and helpful with all questions I had. The PO manager, Emilia saved my parcel from getting lost just because she remembered my name. Remembering names in Canada is challanging at times:). I am saddened to see that customers, instead of leaving helpful comments of the service, they judge someone's character after spending less than 5 min maybe with staff.

The manager at the post office (women with short blonde hair - emilia...I think her name is?) is terribly rude and condescending. Wasn't helpful when I had questions and didn't even bother to look at me while she was talking.

Never had many issues with the people working at the post office here. Not sure why other people had issues. Just be nice and polite to them and they'll help you out. You don't have to be rude to them because you feel entitled for any reason.

The service is definitely, well, not good at best.But still, a service is a service and they get a job done.I guess that’s a two star.
