Alright, had an issue with Shackshine and a problem that happened with some newer associates of theirs, but they've made things right by me and so I retract my previous review. 4/5 because the issue still did occur and it was 2 weeks of a headache to get it all sorted. Thank you to Rob for getting it all sorted and out of the way.

We have gutter cleaning, he did an amazing job. Xmas lights installed also did a fabulous job and quick. Both are very professional, came on time, leave my place clean, friendly and professional. Will hire them again next year. Thank you.

Deck and railing cleaning.If I could give 4.5 stars that would be it. There was a small problem with the work they did for me. They power washed my deck and a fair amount of water got under the door into the kitchen. My belief is that an experienced power washer would recognize this potential and not provide full pressure around the door seal. The ingress was reported to me by someone else that visited the site for me after it was cleaned. I wasn’t there to confirm if there was damage. But it’s really a positive occurrence because Shack Shine was very interested in making it right. They were very responsive to my communications and appeared ready to do whatever it took to address any problems. When I was able to check for myself I confirmed that there was actually no damage. They did a very good job with a very dirty deck. They delivered on their promise. I would use them again and recommend to others.

We had Shack Shine do our Christmas Lights installation and they did an amazing job!Diego was such a joy to work with. 10/10 would recommend Shack Shine to our friends and family!

Had exterior of my home pressure washed by shackshine and it was a wonderful experience. The crew that came was friendly and their attention to detail was outstanding. Will use again in future.

Recently I had Shack Shine clean my gutters and install Christmas Lights on the front of my house. Kit and his team were a breeze to deal with and both jobs were done to perfection! Am stoked with the prompt service and have reccommended them to family and friends.

Do they really need to send 10 service vehicles honking their horns down marine drive in white rock followed by a little sedan making sure their unsanctioned marketing parade goes smoothly.Tacky marketing from a tacky company.
