BG Services has met all my needs with the installation of my mini/split three years ago to scheduling my maintenance appointments. Service people were punctual, knowledgeable,and friendly. Office personnel who called to set schedule were also very friendly. I am very satisfied and would recommend BG Services .

The team at BG are fantastic. I've had three projects competed by BG: new ducted HVAC system, mini split/electric baseboard at a rental property, and rewiring of my kitchen, and each time I have been very satisfied with the results. Techs are always friendly and professional, and the admin team do an awesome job keeping everything running smooth. Would highly recommend.

We had BG Services install 2 Heat Pumps in 2020, and had them out in March 2023 for a Deep Clean Service. Both experiences were great! The technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. Overall experience was great. We love our heat pumps.

Incredible service! We had to cancel and get a refund from a local competitor who said it was impossible to put it where we wanted it in our basement, and wouldn’t do a site spec. BG came to the rescue with both a site spec and a great install. We are so glad in the end that we went with BG - highly recommend. They did exactly what we asked, while providing exceptional service. (New unit is on right)

I purchased my unit with BG Services 4 years ago and have had them service it every year. The service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. As well I was notified on a promo and saved a little money. I continue to go to BG Services for service and recommend to friends and family when asking.
