Brad was very informative and found the entry point where the mice were getting into our house. My wife and I were very paranoid and felt very relieved after Brad left.

Tim explained what they were going to be doing very well and assured us that we did not have to worry about children being harmed by what would be sprayed. We felt reassured that the ants we were having problems with would be taken care of. Thanks again.

Never called back for health hazard

Brad was so helpful and informative! He was able to locate the entry point of where the mice were coming into our home and treat the problem completely. I felt reassured that we will be rid of these critters. I will definitely have Environmental Pest Control back in the spring to treat for ants and mosquitos.

Technician did a great job last year. No mice since. I loved how he left a note explaining everything he did. The next year he called me to get the lockbox code and make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. So I feel very well taken care of. The office staff is helpful. They said I could get the same tech each year.

A few days after we got possession of our home we discovered bed bugs! It was a holiday weekend. Two businesses I called were closed. One didn’t get back to me until the second time I called and they agreed to come do a quote, for a fee, in 3 weeks! Nope, they gotta be gone! I called Environmental Pest Control and spoke immediately to Sam who was extremely empathetic. Cost was about the same as others who would come and spray harsh chemicals-EPC sprayed a fungal spore-no odour and we were back in the house, including the dog, in a couple of hours. Sam understood the urgency of the situation and technicians arrived in 3 days. Technicians were exactly on time and answered all questions we had. Email and phone communication was personable and Sam was so kind and supportive of our icky situation. I feel extremely confident bed bugs are gone, and the product used has residual effect unlike chemical spray. I never dreamed I’d experience a bed bug infestation; it halted our move in plans and consumed our thoughts. Sam and the other staff handled it calmly and efficiently. They understand bugs and people! Stellar service!
