Even one star is too many for this supplier. We hired them for an event at 11h and asked them to be there by 9am to have enough time to set up the room. They weren't there by 10 so we called to inquire on their whereabouts. They told us they were close". We called back at 10:15. They were supposedly still close. We called again at 10:30

Ruined the night. There is no point in reserving with the company. I book in advance, confirm the day of the event but he is still late with order and then demands payment before delivery. He ended up calling back the delivery diver and I never received the 80 chairs for my event. Research his name and you will see his is in trouble don't count on this guy if you have something important.

We used Edelweiss Party Rentals for our wedding this past Sunday and they were very accommodating! They drove an hour to deliver and pickup, worked with our timeframes, were super friendly, and had very affordable pricing and top notch rentals items as well. I would recommend them to everyone!

Je suis du même avis que les autres commentaires. J'ai visité l'entrepôt en janvier et la personne m'a assuré qu'il s'occupait de ma réservation. Aucune estimation plusieurs mois plus tard. J'envoie des courriels et aucun retour. J'appelle, la personne me dit qu'il me fera un retour sous peu avec ma réservation. Je lui propose de renvoyer un courriel avec les items donc j'ai besoin. Quelques semaines avant mon mariage aucun retour d'appel. J'ai dû faire affaire avec une autre compagnie à la dernière minute..... décevant....

Je ne recommande pas a personne d'avoir recourt a leur service. Jai envoyer des courriels et Jai appeler a plusieurs reprises sans pouvoir m'offrir une guarantie de reservation. Plusieurs fausses promesses alors je ne recommande pas.

Do not use this company!! I spoke to whoever answers the phone on two separate occasions and both times I was given confirmation that they would deliver tables and chairs for my daughters birthday party. They were given over a months notice and I also sent 2 emails as I was told to do by whoever answered the phone and THEY DID NOW SHOW UP! This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered and was left with no tables or chairs for 25 kids. Also, the guy who answers the phone is extremely rude. Do not use this company!!
