The worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Had my car for 2 1/2 months and still wasn't fixed the day I got it towed to another shop! Towed to Prime Auto and they had it fixed in less than 2 hours! Owner is rude, arrogant and also tried to charge me for a $500 part, and labor, for a part it didn't need and wasn't installed. If I could I would give it a -10 stars.Never been treated so unprofessionally in my life!

Took my vehicle in for a safety. Failed it due to a drop of moisture on my headlights. Turned the lights on for A couple minutes and got rid of the moisture. It was -40 and brought into a heated shop. He couldn’t comprehend that. ZERO effect on the lights. They are vented lights which means you will get that from time to time but thankfully they are VENTED and NOT leaking...$3000 to replace or 5 mins to let it burn off. The car sat for a couple months but guess what....completely gone!! Maybe you should stick to running the daycare you got going on in your office.. Stay away total scammer.

Had a U-Haul mishap on Wednesday. My pick up location got changed with out notice. I got dropped off at this location before going to the alleged appropriate location in town found out that one had moved to Brandon with out notice. Despite the other shop appearing to be at fault I received phenomenal service and help from the staff at Laws Automotive. Will definitely be back for any future needs.

This was the third place I went to try and diagnose why my vehicle kept stalling, and they were able to figure out what nobody at the last two shops could find. The car has been running great ever since, all thanks to Dean! Knowledgeable service, great prices, friendly family run business. Dean and Kelley both go above and beyond for their customers, and always do it with a smile! My husband and I drive in from out of town to have our car serviced by them, because they are so worth it!

What absolutely knowledge and amazing people! I have used Law’s Automotive for everything from tires, tune-ups, brakes, oil changes, and U-Haul rental. They have always listened to the concerns I have about my vehicle and have my families safety in mind. Their prices are affordable & reasonable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they take care of my truck like it was their own. Always a smiling face in person and a pleasant hello on the phone.

We lost a couple nuts holding a cover under our car and the guy helped us out right away! Took 5 min and we were back on our road trip! Fantastic service and friendly staff!! Highly recommend to go here for your automotive needs.
