The crew was on time, the job was completed as planned and on time. The new system was explained to us and works great. The installers were very courteous.All paperwork was done by DNM or arranged by them in regards to inspections.We have used DNM for other projects and recommend them.

Our experience with our new furnace/heat pump installation was very positive. Steve F was very quick to respond to a request for a quote, he set up a time to come to our home where he discussed options that would work for us, within a few hours he provided us with an extremely detailed quote. He was also helpful in providing us with information and contacts for additional services that we would require for this installation. He provided us with information on potential rebates and explained the process on how to move forward with this application.We had a visit from Dom, one of the owners prior to the installation. He was also very helpful in explaining what was required for the removal of our old furnace and installation of the new heating system.Cliff, Dean and Jordan were in and out of our home for 3 days and they were nothing but professional and courteous. Their work was exceptional and they explained our new system in great detail.I called a couple of days later with a question and they sent someone to our home immediately. Jonathan showed up and answered my question, it was incredible service in a world where service isn’t always great anymore.I have called their office a couple of times and their admin staff has been informative and very polite.I would highly recommend DMN heating to anyone.

I was very happy from the consultation and the quality of the work. The installers were polite, cooperative and understanding. Having an older home, I knew this wasn't the easiest install for them, but I did not hear one complaint. I'm looking forward to years of savings having my new heat pump installed. The installers were knowledgeable and I felt they did a good job in a comparatively challenging situation.
