Heritage Meadows Gracious Retirement Living

My dad moved into the Cambridge location just over a year ago. I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart. The staff are kind, caring and are there for their residents. Over a Covid, their protocols have kept people safe and secure, giving us all some peace of mind during these stressful times. The facility and rooms are lovely. I have elected to do all visits outside all year and the grounds are equally inviting and well-kept. Thank you, Heritage Meadows. I’ll be looking to book my room when I am ready for Gracious Retirement Living!

We moved here to Heritage Meadows in Cambridge about 3 years ago, and have been very happy and comfortable since then. We were welcomed into the Family by the management teams and friendly staff. They made sure we were introduced to all the amenities available and the Activity Co-ordinator encouraged us to join some of the activities (although we were never pressured to participate if we didn't want to.)The meals are first rate, but have suffered somewhat from frequent changes in head chefs this past year. It's a work in progress, but we have no doubt they will find the right fit soon. Because of this, we must assign a rating of 4. This should in no way take away our overall comfort here at Heritage Meadows, especially in this time of the Covid-19 Pandemic. At all times we felt safe and protected ....... they took care of us as if we were there own parents/grandparents. Our families felt the same!

I have been the manager at Heritage Meadows for the past seven months. I have found the staff, culinary staff, executive chef, and the management team just amazing to work with. The kindness and caring towards the residents and fellow staff members has been a joy to watch and be part of. I truly feel like I have found my calling with this job and look forward to being a part of this family for a very long time.

I have been fortunate to be living in a retirement home that has remained safe from the Covid virus due to the safety protocols in place. Maggie, our capable and caring activities coordinator, continues to keep the days filled with ideas and activities for the residents. Each holiday or special occasion sees our dining room decorated with the corresponding occasion. Her infectious laugh and good nature is a boost to all of us here. I am very comfortable living here.

We help move seniors from their homes to retirement residences and have been doing so since 2011.Heritage Meadows has a really lovely environment/vibe - friendly, caring and personal, which is evident from the management throughout. As an example, my contact, Christina, loves her job and it shows. Christina is a caring individual who connects with the residents on a genuine level, not superficially, and this relationship is felt by residents.The units are spacious with lots of windows and light; closets are generous which helps clients moving from their homes to have some storage space.I always ask clients how is the food?" as that is so important. I joined the community back in August 2022 as the assistant manager here at Heritage Meadows. I have been enjoying my dinning experience! The chef prepared meals and the warm and friendly servers in the dinning room!

I moved to Heritage Meadows two-and-a-half years ago. The premises are clean and modern, the staff hard-working, friendly and attentive. Although there were issues with the food when I first arrived, the quality of the food and its presentation (hot food being hot, etc) has steadily improved the longer I’ve been here. All of the residents and staff received both of their Pfizer vaccine innoculations in March, done in a very organized manner. This is a great place to live in, and I’m sure things will improve even more once the COVID-19 pandemic is behind us!

Building is beautiful airy bright lovely grounds meals were good to excellent however has constantly gone downhill. What was once served hot is now cold what was once sufficient amounts is now leaving my Mom hungry, She is a small eater and a slight woman who has lost weight since being here despite good and active health. If your loved one has a choice reconsider choosing this location to live.

It’s a wonderful place to work. Managers are always super nice and polite as well all other staff, top notch gourmet meals. Managers always there to help and explain any questions throughly. Beautiful building and decor. Overall just an amazing place and grate environment. ☺️

I’ve been a housekeeper here since early October and it is a beautiful building and all the residents are lovely to chat with.
