Simcoe Pump & Well Drilling
If you are looking for a reliable, fast and reasonably priced well driller, then look no further. Lon is the guy to call. I was in a real time crunch due to the unreliability of another company and Lon came to my rescue. I called in desperation on a Tuesday and he was there on the Wednesday.He does what he says he will do and treats his customers like they matter. I highly recommend him!!!

We had issues with low water pressure early on a Sunday morning.We called and Lon showed up shortly after. He was pleasant, professional and informative as he worked through several things with our well to diagnose the problem. All around good service.

We had a water emergency when our well pumped suddenly died and Lon was quick and efficient with a replacement. He is very reasonably priced and took hours of time and care with the job. His promptness, transparency, honesty, and care was much appreciated!

We had an emergency this weekend which left us without water on one of the coldest weekends of the year. We called a number of contractors. Lon was not only the first but the only contractor to call us back on a Saturday. He was here within an hour. He was a patient, pleasant, experienced problem solver who was only interested in the best way to troubleshoot and resolve our issue in a cost effective way. As cottage owners for a number of years we have dealt with a number of contractors and service providers. Lon only got 5 stars because we couldn't give him six! If you've a well or pump problem call him. You'll be glad you did. Thanks Lon!

After almost two weeks of not having running water, replacing the jet pump, injector and foot valve, my husband who's well versed in all things construction called Lon who promised to be here next day at 8am. Lon and an associate (I believe Justin) showed up at 750am and within two hours found a broken piece of our new pressure gauge in the injector at the bottom of the well. Pulled the piece out of the injector then put it all back together and water is flowing in the taps. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! We would 100% recommend Lon and his crew!!! Thank you to Andrew Porter of Porter Plumbing and Sewer Services for the recommendation!!!!

Worst experience of our lives. Paid Lon to do a new Well, as soon as he could get over to our place, back in June 2020. Hadn't started as of Nov 2020. We started calling him to see where he was (we were assured he would be finished by then) Finally brought his dilapidated truck (towed in) before Christmas. I'll be done by the end of the week". It's April and we still don't have water. But he "will be done by the end of the week". Go Anywhere else to get your Well installed. Still don't know what kind of job he's done

I can't say enough about the high level of service Simcoe Well provides. We inherited a well with a lot of problems when we bought our house. Over ten years, Lon has come out day or night when we've needed him - including a call a couple years ago on Thanksgiving, where he was at our door within an hour of the call and had our water back before lunchtime. Prompt service and fair prices. I wish there were more than five stars.
