we went to Mr sub for lunch today with a coupon the older man didn't seem to thrilled to be serving us nobody else was in the store we haven't been here in years we had assorted subs 2 types of meat and not even offered Cheese Since when ?? 17.55 very expensive we won't be back attitudes and no cheese a very little meat Terrible back to Subway

Love Mr. Sub here they are attentive and care and take their time making the food. They asked if I wanted the sandwhich grilled never tried a turkey grilled but it was delicious. Friendly service will return!

I didnt want my chicken microwaved, i wanted it grilled, which every other location does.. the manager says he won't do it because it'd make a mess on his grill and he'd then have to clean it.. so he was just too lazy to have to clean it and refused to meet this simple request and gladly told us to leave after we showed our dissatisfaction.Very poor customer service overall that lost them the sale.

Used the coupon buy 1 LGE sub get 2nd for 4.79. Same order I have placed at other locations. Cost me 4$ more at this location. Tried to tell employee got a rude response. I'll stick to Subway from now on.

Fast, friendly service and the veggies always taste fresh. I usually get the assorted cold cuts but the black bean is really good too, especially grilled.

Fresh ingredients and fantastic service. There's something about their sandwiches that sets them apart (I think it's the flavour of the tomatoes...?). A must-hit when I'm in Regina.

The owners at this Mr.Sub are always so friendly and delightful to deal with! They also make the best subs in Regina! Make sure to get it toasted! They toast their bread the best in the city!

I waited outside today for 10 mins for this store to open. Finally someone showed up at 11:05 and still didn't open the store. The hours of operation are posted on the door. Apparently that doesn't mean anything. I will take my business elsewhere. Not a great first impression.
