Irresponsible and unreliable!For my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal, we dropped off the prescriptions for antibiotics and opioids painkillers.No instructions included nor explanation when I asked them. One of them told me to wait home then they will give me a call.It’s been 4 days, still nobody contacted me. She couldn’t take any medication for the first day and got sufferings with pain.So unprofessional and negligent!

Very well run! Friendly staff. Nice surprising sales. Excellent deals on eggs and bread every weekend. Even a Canada Post office! Feels like a true friendly neighborhood corner store where they even know my name, like in the TV show, Cheers". They're now like my friends."

My experience with the manager of this store was extermly disappointing. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am not surprised there are so many bad reviews of this store. They don't deserve the one star but I can't rate lower than that.

Did not scan my points card...I forgot to hand it over, then he scanned one he had behind the cash. I don't care cause I don't shop here enough to get any real points, but if this is an on-going practice, I am sure someone will not like it nor do I belive it is ok company policy

This five star review is for one of their amazing employees named Lisa. She was such a kind and caring employee when checking out my items. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I was saving money when buying pop and recommend the six pack as it was a better deal then the 2L. We had a laugh over the whole pricing ordeal I felt like I was talking with a friend. I have never had such an amazing customer experience as Lisa was so kind, caring, friendly and funny. She deserves a raise!! If I had my own business I would hire her in a heartbeat :) I never go to rexall because the prices are ridiculous ($4 for a 2L of pop and $8 for a 12 pack of pop) but I would go back just to see Lisa!! I don’t normally leave reviews but Lisa provided a legendary customer experience I really hope the management team sees this!! Unfortunately the prices here are so expensive compared to shoppers and the item selection is limited so I shop elsewhere. Thank you Lisa for the amazing service :)

The cashier at the front cash on May 19th was very rude and spoke to me and my sister very rudy and was not very helpful at all she was talking down to us and I spend a lot of money at this store and don't need to be treated this way if something isn't done about her I will be shopping elsewhere

I've always found the employees very friendly and helpful at Rexall Pharmacy and at the Postal Outlet also. As you enter you'll hear a friendly welcome hi or hello which is so nice. Sorry I do not have a photo available.

Pharmacy tech let some guy cut in line in front of me after waiting 15 mins and when I called him out for it she just laughed at me.Pharmacy staff have been extremely rude on multiple occasions like the above in my experience. I called 3 months in a row to try and get my prescription transferred to another Rexall since I had moved across town and it was an hour round trip to get my script now. Every month nothing changed until the prescription run out.The staff at the cashiers and post office are super friendly and helpful, however I’d rather attempt suicide than have to deal with the pharmacy techs at this location ever again. Interacting with them made me want to end it all.

Clean store. Exactly what you would think when you walk into a Rexall.Lots of parking and an accessible entrance.Friendly staff that were willing to offer assistance when walking by.Lots of variety of products and a medical clinic within the store itself.Found in the same parking lot of Rona.#localguides
