Gold Squad

I first spoke to Heather Parnell in March 2022. I explained that I needed someone to look in on my mom while I was away for a few weekends over the summer. She told me that she could find someone and we agreed on a price. I told her I would let her know the dates as soon as my plans were finalized. I gave her the dates at the end of April. The first date I needed someone was June 11th. A few weeks before she told she was having trouble finding someone for June 11th. I told her not to worry about that date as it was only one day (honestly I just wanted to make sure my mom was ok with the arrangement) but I absolutely needed someone from July 7 to 11. She assured me she would find someone. I even told her I wanted to meet the person ahead of time and we agreed on July 5th for the meeting. She told me she would contact me a few days prior to finalize the details. Today is July 12th and I have yet to hear from her! Although she was very professional during our first conversations, she left me stranded without anyone to look in on my 93 year old mother. I would steer clear of Heather Parnell and Gold Squad unless you want to be left stranded.
