Big thank you to everyone on the SmartWheel team in Etobicoke for all of their help with putting the new tire on my Onewheel. The staff were really helpful and addressed any questions or concerns I had. Special thank you to Dennis for making sure that my board was safe and going the extra mile and putting on the rim protectors I brought. The whole experience was hassle free and very quick! Nobody trying to upsell on things you dont need, just real genuine people looking out for their clients. Really happy to know that I have a local shop that knows what theyre doing and genuinely cares about the clientele! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I meet who’s looking to get into the PEV market.

Shoutout to David the worker there who greeted me when they weren't officially open and still let me have a peek at the place, went yesterday to decide on my next euc and they were patient and very helpful with helping me compare stats ride and more so that i would enjoy the product. Also shoutout to Kash for being very friendly,and helping me solidify my choice and helping me with any questions and inquiries i had. Definitely check them out wether you're looking to get a hoverboard,escooter,ebike , onewheel or euc. There's a pretty good selection of models to suite your needs and there's also demo models that you can try if you're new into the pev space or you wanna try before purchasing. Definitely stop by .

Checked out the Etobicoke store yesterday. There is loads of PEV eye candy on display...ebikes, scooters and EUCs plus accessories. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful with my in-store purchase of a new Mten4. Got a good deal too.

Had a really great experience buying 2 new smart kicks scooters here. Kash and David were very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to test drive the scooters out back beforehand as well which was awesome!
