Rick has to be one of the most honest businessmen I have dealt with any transaction in my life. Even though he seems very busy each time you call, he gives whatever time is needed to help troubleshoot your problem. 6 years ago I decided I wanted to buy a couple seadoos but knew very little about the different models. I contacted Rick, he educated me, told me what I should be looking for and if he couldn't find it he would be willing to come with me to look at the seadoos on kijiji. He ended up finding me two nearly new seadoos that 6 years later have been the most reliable pwcs ever. He services them every winter and has always been there when I have questions. He knows his stuff and is genuinely passionate about seadoos. If you are in the market definitely contact him and if you are getting your machines serviced anywhere else you're paying too much.
