Excellent service!

Pedicure and manicure. Very pricey.........a less than satisfactory experience. The person who did the mani-pedi was the most uncommunicative person I have ever met in the public service field, speaking a maximum of five words, and these words were in response to questions I asked. It was an uncomfortable situation which I will not repeat.

Had an eyebrow waxing done. Room was a little dark to see finished product but otherwise great experience.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I made an appointment this morning and they gladly fit me in for this evening which I was super appreciative of. I got a call from them shortly after saying they could move my appointment to 5 instead of 5:30 if another client didn't have a problem with it. I was ok with that and they said they would get back to me. They called me back and said they had left a voicemail with the other client so if they heard back from them in time, they would call me and let me know. I received no call after that so I assumed my appointment was at 5:30 still, since nobody confirmed a change. I arrived at the salon 5:20 only to be told another client was coming in in five minutes and was asked if I was aware I was twenty minutes late" to my appointment. If someone had confirmed my appointment for 5:00

For the price of a full pedi, when only getting toes polished, was a complete waste of time and money.

Awesome salon and spa I always get my hair done here and I got a pedicure once, the people here are highly trained, and very good. It's may be a bit pricey but it's worth every penny.

Nice establishment. Nice facilities and good atmosphere. Went for sugaring - the only place in central NL that offers it. The esthetician who performs sugaring is very knowledgable.

Amber was fantastic! Love the color she put in my hair.
