remember going into Sudbury vacuum around over 30 years ago in the same location with my single mother who cleaned houses as a third job to help raise my brother and I. She told me if you guys were not so honest and understanding we be starving without the help you have given her. Bought a replacement hose, quality is ok but not the best. Going to file down the plastic edges in the handle. Could have saved by ordering online but trying to support local.

This is a great shop with highly knowledgeable and experienced staff. All our questions were answered in a very detailed and easy way, so we understood science behind different kinds of vacuums and made our decision based on the knowledge we received. We had tested a number of different vacuum cleaners in the shop and felt the difference between them. At the end, we've been offered a good deal and split payment over a number of months with 0% interest. Great service, great shop! Will definitely come back here for other appliances!

All the staff here were great to deal with. They were informed, polite, and respectful of our home. I called asking for service on Monday and they had resolved the issue by Wednesday morning. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Sudbury Vacuum.
