As part of our kitchen renovation we recently purchased a range, wall oven and fridge. Our first stop was the Cloverdale location where we connected with Kelly Cook. Throughout our buying process, Kelly’s knowledge and patience helped us determine what brands and models would best meet our needs. We comparison shopped at other retailers, however we always came back to Kelly who was able to get us the most competitive prices for all our appliances. We felt very comfortable dealing with Kelly and would highly recommend her.We were also very impressed with the delivery team and process. Communication of the delivery (week before, day before and hourly updates the day of) was excellent and allowed us to plan our day. The actual delivery was professionally done despite the significant size of the appliances.Overall, our experience with Trail Appliances was a very positive one and we would certainly consider it again for any future needs.

We purchased our all new appliances from Trail appliances, Cloverdale location. It was a great experience, from ordering to delivery. Shashank, our product specialist was calm, possessed great customer service skills, knowledgeable and listened to our concerns patiently. He suggested nice products and explained the benefits well.Our delivery team was great as well, they delivered and hauled away the appliances very efficiently. They were friendly, professional and quick.Third party dishwasher installers from P&M installation group was efficient too.Overall a great experience buying new appliances from Trail at Cloverdale.

We have always had phenomenal experiences at Trail Appliances. The show room is stunning and everyone that has ever helped us has strong knowledge on their products. Sales staff have never been pushy and really listened to what it is we needed and valued. Our most recent associate Andrew really took the time to talk with us and answer all our questions and help us take care of things in a quick and timely manner when we needed a new washing machine right away. I would never look elsewhere for appliances!

Great experience dealing with Andrew. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances. He helped us to narrow down our choice and quickly put through a price match credit when we found the same appliance at a one day sale at a different store.

We walked into Trail Cloverdale in October 2022 with no intention of buying an appliance package that evening or necessarily from Trail. We met Andrew Adam, our salesperson, and he knocked our socks off with his knowledge of ALL makes of appliances. Andrew is easy to talk to and he’s a good listener. He answered our questions and helped us decide on a brand. We left that night with a purchase of 8 appliances. We just received the last item of our package two days ago. Andrew was communicative and helpful through the whole process. He keeps in touch with his customers and works in their best interests. I will happily seek Andrew out for future appliances. His knowledge, honesty and commitment to his customers is amazing.

Shashank and the front desk staff were very helpful and patient over the month we took to decide on appliances for our home. They were very knowledgeable and willing to discuss all types of budgets and products - even going as far as getting us amazing prices to bundle everything together and letting us shop elsewhere when we weren’t ready to make a decision. In the end we came back because they had better customer service and even better prices. Consistently kept in touch, but also stayed patient throughout. Highly recommended

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Kyle and had an excellent experience. I was looking for a Bosch in black stainless to replace my older white Bosch.After asking Kyle about the price of the two available models and explaining that we were selling our house soon, he said he’d find out prices and be back.He was gone for a bit and I actually thought about leaving the store, but I’m glad I waited. When he returned, he showed me a black floor model LG that I could buy for a huge discount. Both Bosch models were out of my price range so I bought the LG.I returned a few days after delivery with some issues I was having and Kyle was very patient and helpful.

We purchased a fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave from Trail Appliances Cloverdale. Our experience was positive. It was nice to compare diffferent options in the showroom. Our sales rep (Shashank) was helpful and patient as we made decisions. In the next few months, we had to change our delivery date numerous times and he responded to our emails promptly and with understanding. We received our lovely Bosch appliances last month and are pleased with how they look in our newly renovated kitchen. Thanks!
