Wild Rose Hot Tubs
last year I told Claude if he had a used Lotus Bay tub come in to let me know as I was interested in upgrading my used Chairman 2 Hot tub. Two weeks ago I get a call from Claude who informs me he had a note in his files I might be interested in a reconditioned Lotus Bay hot tub. Now that is customer service. The rest is history. The removal and installation of my new used hot tub went flawlessly. While I rarely need a service call when I do they are prompt and do a great job. My hot tub was over 10 years old and still worked like the day I bought it. Dimension one brand is a quality product.

Wild Rose Hot Tubs
I have been returning to Wildrose Hottubs for years and have always received excellent service. They are under new ownership and last week I picked up a new tub and products and they never cease to amaze with their excellent customer service and great quality products. They never sell you anything you don’t need and they are always very informative. After I got home, I had some questions while setting up the tub and they took time to walk me through my questions. These guys are outstanding!

Hi, we had problems over the holidays with our hot tub and thanks to Claude,Ryan and staff and their quick response they had the problem fixed. We have dealt with wild rose for 15 year and would highly recommend them for service and or a new hot tub. Thanks again guys we will be purchasing our next hot tub from you as well. Wild Rose Hot Tubs
Used his place for years. Like to service my own hot tub and this place was the only one that didn’t sell me things i didn’t need and as a result had to keep going back until I got what I needed. Seems as though the new owners are treating as a new business needing to earn customer base and not as though they have inherited a customer base. So was extremely pleased with the service and vibe I got from the new owners. Will continue to be my go to place.

Best service ever! I have a older Marquis hot tub which needed a couple of small parts replaced and not only did Wild Rose have them in stock but they were sent out to me in Saskatchewan the same day! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who took the time to make sure I had what I needed.

I contacted Wild Rose Hot Tubs looking for a BBQ and found great service and a great product! Staff there were very professional, polite and friendly. They were able to answer my questions and introduced me to Traeger Pellet Grills, which the staff member recommended highly from personal experience. It’s always nice when the staff use the products they sell so they have a good idea of its quality and function. Two thumbs up!

Their communication was always prompt, courteous and professional and the customer care was beyond what we would have hoped for. Above & beyond! Wild Rose Hot Tubs
I purchased a second hand tub about 18 months ago - unfortunately it turned out to be a lemon, but the service I received was always prompt and fair. I replaced the tub, with generous credit for purchases I had made for the old tub that did not rectify the problems it had. The new tub is awesome! It was delivered quickly and set up was hassle free. The owner, and staff are always helpful and friendly.

Wild Rose Hot Tubs
We love our hot tub! Wild rose has been phenomenal to deal with! We had a few issues (not their fault) but they have gone above and beyond to help! We have used our hot tub at least once a day, sometimes 3 times a day, since getting it at the end of November!
