For 4 days straight my package appeared “out for delivery” but never arrived. On day 4 it said the package was being re-sorted and finally returned to the seller for “incomplete address”, which is a lie. Easier for them to send back than to take 2 minutes to call me and ask for directions.

Knowing that my package was being delivered, I stayed home because there had to be someone to receive it. At 6:30PM the guy didn't ring the bell, didn't knock on the door. He just sticked a note saying 1st attempt

Another review to indicate that this “delivery” company never rang the door bell, knocked, etc. no info on how to pick up the package, had to call and wait 20 minutes on hold to be told I’m supposed to know where to pick up my package? Would avoid if at all possible

Beware of this company and its misinformation. Based on my experience they have a shoddy / inferior process to any other postal or courier that I have dealt with (and I have used them all in Canada at one point or another). For the past week, a parcel that was to be delivered to me, and is supposedly located within my city, has gone from processing to sorting to processing to sorting to out for delivery and then the next day repeats the cycle. When I spoke with customer, they were no more helpful. The agent told me that if a delivery is not made one day, it will get put on the truck the next day but not prioritized. So essentially, it could get stuck back on the bottom of the pile so to speak. It is now 4 days since the status package has indicated in Ottawa. The agent when I spoke yesterday, asked me whether I wanted to pick up the item instead. Other than the provision of the address, she could not tell me in which part of the city, the depot is located. I indicated that I paid for delivery, so it should be delivered. Beware. Poor customer service and client relations all around!

Worst shipping company ever. Paid for express delivery and they keep sending it out for delivery then bringing it back to their warehouse. Going on 2 weeks now.

I still don't have my parcel despite being home when they attempted" delivery. There's no answer beyond the hold music and their hours are impossible. Awful service."

I live in an apartment building and they didn’t even try to call me before leaving a notice in the lobby that I wasn’t home. Same thing happened on second delivery ‘attempt’. I had to travel 20 minutes to their pickup location in a random industrial park (only one in the city) and I don’t have a car. Once there, the man at the desk found my package fairly easily but honestly, it took me 45 minutes to pick up a package that should have just been left in the lobby if I wasn’t home.

I had someone come to deliver a package to my apartment two days in a row and both days they left a notice of delivery attempt" slip without actually attempting to buzz me. Both times

One of the worst delivery (?) company! If only they could deliver a package it would be nice. My package went to the local branch, close to home, and then left for 300km away and delivery been postponed for more than a week. wow. trash.
