Anytime Fitness

These guys are crooks look at the bad reviews before entering a contract with these guys. I canceled my gym membership 8 months ago and these guys are still taking gym fees out of my account even after my gym membership contract was up. im going to be in contact with the courts the police the BBB anytime fitness legal department.

The gym itself is not a bad gym, but the service is terrible. I signed up in Feb 2020 but when the pandemic hit and we locked down I stopped going. I inquired about cancelling my membership and they told me I had to finish paying for my contract (1 year).So I pay for the rest of the year, without ever stepping back in the gym. Then they renewed my membership for another year, even after I had tried canceling it.I spent months trying to cancel my membership AGAIN. Every time I spoke with someone they assured me it had been taken care of, and then weeks later I would get a text from a trainer asking me if I wanted to book a session or I would notice a charge on my bank statement.It wasnt until my last attempt where they told me I had to come down in person to sign something.I ended up paying for a membership I wasn't using for one and a half years. (Almost $1000)The best they could offer me was a 3 month free membership... to the gym where I was canceling my membership because I wasn't using it.What a joke.

Great place to workout. Supportive staff especially Bhavna trainer and manager. Tyler is also the best trainer. I love to go there. Gym is always neat and clean.

If you want terrible service, overpricing, zero support, and to having to jump through 3 months of hoops to cancel your membership for a reason thats supposed to be valid sooner per the agreement, than this is the gym for you.During a cancellation request due to a move to an isolated area I was helped" by Rhavi and Taylor. They lost my initial cancelation information and refused to respond to my follow up messages. I moved far from any town with their gyms. It took me 3 months (one being the "cancelation period" month) to get them to properly respond to and cancel the membership after being told it would be handled immediately. They "lost" my initial email with all the required information and refused to reimburse the excess payments due to their error. I hate being rude to people but it took me being rude and unnecessarily forward to get any response from them.If you want to go with Anytime Fitness

One of the best gym in the town, Spoke with Tyler Anderson this evening. Very affordable pricing. Club is clean and well kept. Group trainers are enthusiastic, engaging and well prepared. The gym is very well equipped to satisfy any fitness enthusiast. The gym is well-maintained and sanitized. Wonderful, friendly staff specially Ravi (Owner) and Manager (Bhavna Singh).Happy (Bandikui)

These guys r thugs, I requested them to cancel my membership but they still charging my credit card. Shame on you guys! Please avoid this gym

missed a payment, then had my key deactivated and wasnt able to go to the gym for months and continued to get charged now i owe over 400$ when i havent been to the gym in months. Not only do they have massively less equipment than other anytime gyms they charge people when they shouldn't. Many examples of anytime continuously charging peoples credit cards for months after they thought they cancelled the membership you can see them on reddit or anything. The system was created almost like a used car dealership very scummy. they have a CRM with every gym goer and they almost act like salesmen.

Thank you Anytime Fitness. They are so helpful, willing to reach out and help everyone not just the “pumped upCrowd”. I am a 56 yr old woman with Multiple Sclerosis. I like to do the 1/2 hour classes and they always look out for me and provide slightly different versions to me so that I can be included in the class even though my body isn’t able to do the harder version I am ALWAYS provided alternative versions. THANK YOU ANYTIME. You guys are soooo AMAZING
