Mr. Lube + Tires in Walmart
I recently went to Mr. Lube for an oil change, but my experience was terrible. Without my consent or even informing me, they went ahead and replaced my air filter and charged me extra for it. I feel completely taken advantage of and ripped off. The staff did not bother to explain anything or ask for my permission before doing the work. This is unacceptable behavior and a clear indication of their disregard for their customers. I strongly advise others to avoid Mr. Lube and find a more trustworthy place to get their car serviced.

Went to this location 2 weeks ago to get my oil changed and my tire patched. I waited for more than an hour only to find out they did not change my oil so I had to wait for an additional hour to get that done. Fast forward I have a severe leak coming from the drain plug they insisted I replace. I took my truck to ford and they told me they should have never changed the drain plug and that is where the issue lies. I’m here now waiting to see what they do about it, regardless I will not be taking my truck back here or to any Mr. Lube.

I went here for an oil change and switch my tires.I went to switch my tires after Mr lube had put mine on.The bolts on my tires were too tight on some and some were almost falling off.My phone was dead at that moment.. so I couldn’t take videos. But the shop I was at did. Told me to be very careful on main chain places like Mr lube.Mr lube cares about taking your money. Not your safety
