I am so thankful I contacted Carissa a few months ago on my quest to find an investment property in Vernon, B.C. I was initially just looking for information on rental vacancy rates to determine whether it would be wise to invest in a property. Once I decided to go ahead with searching for a property, Carissa provided excellent, professional service as a realtor and even in these times of crazy bidding wars, she skillfully negotiated for me and I am now a proud owner, well within my budget. Carissa's knowledge of the area and her patience and composure kept me on track during the entire process. She was careful to steer me in the right direction as far as quality and desirable neighbourhoods. She will now manage some cosmetic upgrades to the home and already has tenants for me. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her.
