Cactus Club Cafe Langley
Apparently the Bellini was a staple and It didn’t disappoint. The food however (and I know saying this on google won’t make a difference) was average and not worth the arm and a leg price. The Cajun chicken sandwich was yum but I could definitely have it somewhere else and not be able to tell the difference, there was nothing that made it unique. Yam fries and garlic mayo were delicious, long story short nothing really stood out but was tasty nonetheless. Service was great though! Nathan was super informative and checked in appropriately.

Cactus Club Cafe Langley
I come here quite often and it’s always great service and food. This location is a little bit more out of my way than the delta one but it’s completely worth it. Last time I came here on June 19th to celebrate 2 of my friends birthday and everything was perfect. The server was by far the kindest and never made us feel rushed or anything like that. Definitely the best service for cactus I’ve ever had.

Edit: i came back and was blown away again. I chose mash instead of fries this tine.. outstanding.I came for happy hour. Tried their steak frites. Wasn't expecting much..Was blown away!Excellent service and steak perfectly cooked. Ordered rare ...A+! nice cut too. Will def be back.

How anyone can rate this place less than 5 stars is beyond me. This is the second time this week I’ve dined here, the first time was at the West Vancouver location. This time I went for the green Thai curry and again, BLOWN AWAY. I traveled Thailand for months and this was the best Thai curry I’ve ever eaten. How they can maintain this kind of quality and consistency despite having so many locations is beyond me. Wait staff was all friendly and beautiful as well, seems like they must recruit from modeling agencies.This restaurant alone has me thinking I can move to Vancouver from Southern California and deal with the winters. Whoever runs this chain is both a business and culinary genius. I’d eat here before most of the Michelin starred restaurants I’ve dined at.

Cactus Club Cafe Langley
We ordered from here for pickup several times during the pandemic (although we had never eaten inside before that), and it has now become a favourite local restaurant spot. We have eaten here three times in the last month and a half, and each time, the food has been not only delicious but perfect, the service impeccable, and the ambience funky and well done but not too loud.I am definitely of the personal opinion (as something of a burger connoisseur) that the Cheddar Bacon Burger is the best burger a person can get around here.Also, for gluten-free folk like myself, they now have a new fryer that can do true gluten-free fries, so you don't have to miss out with that necessary accompaniment to a good burger.Well done, folks!

Cactus Club Cafe Langley
This was the first time Cactus Club didn’t meet our expectations with food or drinks.Steak was overcooked, lemongrass chicken salad bowl was lacking serious flavor and the Kyoto fizz and frozen cosmo just didn’t hit the mark. Our server was great and we ordered quite a variety but it was very average…maybe that is what you get for happy hour?They have onsite parking which is almost always full and I would overall recommend another location.

One of our favourite restaurants to dine in. Ambiance is excellent with great service. We like the food a lot. Prices are at par with the restaurant category, which is reasonable.I recommend the blackened chicken creole or the equivalent in steak.

Cactus club level of service has really been on the extreme decline recently....Thanks to Will and Christina the bar manager at Cactus Club Sherway Gardens for showing me all the shady little business practices they use to profit off their customers. I will list 3 of them here.1. They serve old food to customers they just overcook it. If you eat it and pay, then you just got scammed. If you ask them for a new meal cause the old food tastes bad then you will get extreme attitude and will have to wait 30-40 mins for a replacement. They have burnt my steak here on multiple occassions, burnt my chicken, and also given me a fully well done steak on 3 different occassions when I ordered medium, medium rare, medium well etc.2. They water down your drinks during busy times (happy hour). I have literally witnessed with my own eyes this busboy bartender water down my friends drink. Please contact Jagz from TJ trading as witness. They will try to put little to no alcohol in tequila and vodka seltzers in hopes that customers do not notice. This issue will be reported to my friends at the liquor board.3. They will give you extremely bad service if you did not tip them properly last time. By making you wait 20-30 minutes for a simple drink. Or having the little boys in the kitchen mess up your food on purpose. Remember people, tips are a privilege not a right. Bad service = No Tip. Last time I was there this African lady tried to tip herself when I paid cash by giving me less change back. In hopes that I never noticed. Well I did notice and now you and Nicole C (polish lady) are going to get written up for trying to scam customers.Not sure about all cactus club locations but the SHERWAY GARDENS location run by WILL and his team has these problems and so much much more. Please forward all this info I have written to UPPER MANAGEMENT as it is unacceptable and unforgivable for an establishment like Cactus Club to be doing these kind of things.Be seeing you.Rich NuActor/Stuntman

poor service and food quality took over 40 mins to get a meal with piece of paper in it and I found this to be completely unacceptable, overall worst service i have ever experienced they couldn’t even apologize they made it seem like it was our fault for noticing the garage in our food… come here if you want attitude.

Cactus Club Cafe Langley
My gf took me here this evening for a surprise dinner. I had the steak with peppercorn sauce. It was perfectly done. The portions were just perfect. Our server was fantastic. We had reservations (unbeknownst to me( and were seated asap). The food was fantastic. Great vibe. Was decently priced for the food as well. I will definitely be coming back here!!!
