There has been a recent change of management in the last year or so to the benefit of operations at this location. The store has gone through a remodel which has taken away some of the specialty areas like the pet store, although I see this as an improvement. This is a well stocked location with knowledgeable staff. During a recent visit, an employee offered assistance for an item that I was looking for and proceeded to go out of his way to have it ordered in. I do worry about this store in terms of viability as often the parking lot is vacant and rarely are there signs that customers are flocking here. It would be a shame to lose a large store like this one in town.

I bought 2 pacs of benchmark jigsaw blades 1 universal and 1 for a 2 hole jigsaw blade. I brought back the 2 hole jigsaw blades to do a switch for the universal blades. The manager would not do the switch. The package was never opened and is worth $3.99 I didn't want my money back just wanted to switch for the correct benchmark jigsaw blades.I should of left the $68.00 of product I bought. I know the store seems to be really slow but don't they want repeat customers.

I made a curb side pick up order for paint over the phone. Peggy was so so helpful at helping me pick my colors and the right type of paint or what I needed. She sounded just as excited about my project than I was! Super satisfied for the excellent customer service!

This place is amazing. Its got a decent selection. I got stain for a reasonable price and many other things here. Great staff who are always friendly and can help out allot. Would definitly recommend this place for anyone needing small household renovations.

They say If you been in one home hardware you been in em all. The grumpy old guy at the back desk needs a break or something other than that the place is exceptiinally clean and tidy. Very nice clean public restroom. All other staff are courteous and friendly. For any d.y.i. project you got going they got what you need. I would recommend

I came here having to get something quick for installing my daughter's gas bbq, i went to the service desk in the back and the gentleman was very helpful helping me find exactly what I needed even though I gave him the wrong information, needless to say I was back 15 minutes later he refunded my items quickly and showed me what I actually needed , I love this kind of service I think it's lacking in the bigger stores .
