Polka Dot PreSchool

My son is three year old and has been with Polka Dot for about 6 months. It has been a pleasant journey from the beginning.During the past 6 months, my son has transitioned from Preschool A to B.  Karin and all the teachers in Preschool A and B show care and love which made the transition from home care to day care and different classrooms smooth without hiccups.There is clear indication my son enjoys his time at Polka Dot.  On top of day to day activities, he is always excited about music class on Thursday.We are glad we picked Polka Dot and grateful for all the staff for the care of my son.

Polka Dot is definitely a second home to my 2.5 years old daughter, she has had amazing time since her day one. Her teachers Miss Maria and Miss Natasha are extremely caring and patient. Not a day goes by without them making a remark on something she achieved or another thing she is struggling with. They always prioritize kids’ needs and feelings while dealing with them. They look at things from a different perspective than us and this offers kids a great opportunity to grow in a social environment. The teachers plan a different program each week, they follow the kids’ cues to recognize their changing areas of interest and embed it into following week’s activities; such as animals, plants, seasons, emotions, family, food, special days, etc. We see how passionate they are about what they do therefore extremely trust their judgment and care.I should also mention how easy it is to communicate with Karine, the director of the preschool. She is always accessible, via telephone/email, she is also on the premise all the time and never goes by without stopping for a chat. She is also very good with all the kids, knows everyone of them to their needs, capabilities. She responds to all our questions with extreme concern.Lastly, Miss Sasha is the runner who welcomes the kids to the facility and takes them to their classes. She is such a joy to start the day, always smiling and warm. She happily helps parents pass information to the teachers in the morning if there is an area of concern, also guides everyone regarding the changes to the routines if any.I would highly recommend Polka Dot to any parent.Rana

I love this amazing childcare centre and so does my daughter. Only after finding this centre, did I feel 100%+ comfortable putting my child in daycare.Karine, the Director, and her staff are the most kind, caring and professional. The environment they create is safe, welcoming and delightful.The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in an individualized way. Lots of emphasis on learning through play.I also feel fortunate that there are extracurricular programs brought on site such as music, dance and gymnastics.All that fun and growth happens in a wonderful setting: Polka Dot is the most spacious childcare facility I’ve ever seen (yet feels homey), it is spotless and perfectly laid out. Playground is a dream. There is also an experienced chef on site, who makes tasty-healthy homemade meals throughout the day.Thank you, Karine & Team - your centre is exemplary! simply the best!

Polka dot preschool is probably one of the best daycares that I have been to.From the beginning of speaking with the director to the teachers who are there for the children, it is a place that will embrace all and will try to cater the best they can for the needs of the families.They are so organized and structured, at the same time allowing the children venture and be curious about things. They post about the foods they eat and activities that the children are doing. It is such a warm and caring place. My child was always so excited to go to daycare and loved the teachers immensely.Thank you polka dot for all that you do for the children. Will miss you all.

My son started at Polka Dot Preschool in March of 2022 and has absolutely loved it!! Miss Karine and his teachers, Miss Abby and Miss Christina are so amazing with him and made him feel so comfortable and welcome (as this was his first time in a daycare). Miss Sasa is always so warm and welcoming when she receives my son in the mornings at drop off and when she brings him out at the end of the day.I was a bit nervous at first but they set my mind at ease right away with the photo/video updates and easy communication. The teachers also put so much thought into their programs, making sure to keep it fresh and engaging for the children. The facilities are also wonderful, my son loves to play in the outdoor playground everyday!! Can’t say enough good things about this preschool, would definitely recommend!!

We switched our 4 yo daughter from another preschool daycare into Polka Dot's kindergarten room and it has been eye opening in quality of child care. The (many) pros:- lots of engaging activities daily- great educators who lead and foster confidence in the children- lunch is well prepared and looks delicious- very clean and conscious of hygieneThe cons:- the outdoor playground could use more toys according to our daughterOverall, it's been a great experience, and our child has noticeably been growing more confident and sociable, and much more engaged. Polka Dot is the second home to my daughter and soon to be my son. I am very picky when it comes to choosing anything specially for the kids. I found Polka Dot based on their amazing reviews and I have not been disappointed . Everything from cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food is what we love about this daycare. My daughter had a difficult time separating from me for any reason. About three months in, and she is looking forward to going to daycare every single day. Kindest teachers, Ms. Sasha and Ms. Abby, amazing director Ms. Karine and all other staff at Polka Dot make me feel confident and stress free having my daughter at daycare on a daily basis.Thank you for all that you doYou deserve to be recommended to every single parent

I just wanted to thank everyone at Polka Dot Preschool. My daughter loves to go to school every morning and that’s because all of the teachers welcome her with a beautiful smile. I can feel the love and care they have for every child attending. The time you guys put in to keeping the kids active amazes me. You guys interact with the kids with respect and compassion. The lunch and snacks that are prepared look great and very nutritious. Thank you Karine, Ms Natasha, Ms Brittany and Ms Sasha.

My daughter had an amazing time during her stay with Polkadot! Karine and her staff are very professional and caring in their approach with taking care of the kids. The facilities were neat and organized. My daughter enjoyed the diverse activities that were offered and it felt like her second home. Thank you Polkadot for making her stay memorable.
