Horrible experience. I am trying to get information & help with applying for ODSP for my disabled uncle and they lead me on a wild goose chase. I asked if they could help me figure things out with them on the phone & I was steered to other people without my questions answered and told to figure out what I needed to do myself online (which is hard given the nature of my uncles disability, he needs to be told in person).

terrible service and advice from this location, was told I could get assistance for moving costs moving to peel from multiple people, my worker said I couldn't get it from them and I had to contact peel region, did that and couldn't get anything due to the fact I wasn't moving to peel from peel. Made things a lot harder than it had to be

My mother Muriel MacDonald just past on Sunday July 10th 2021 she was 91 she would’ve been 92 July 13 God bless you mom Rest In Peace love you

Those who know about this place will agree it is a great Halton region community resource . Help for disabilities and mental health issues they provide you with many tools to enhance your living independently . My life was so hard before I was involved with odsp . Keep on funding odsp federal government it's mandatory for its clients 5/5 of course .

My friend has tried for over a month to get ahold of his worker and still no response . He doesn't chose to be on ODSP he can't work and her job is to keep in contact
