Edmonton Custom Packers

I ordered a box of 20 lbs of raw dog food beef and veggie patties for 70$. The price was good and the ingredients were simple and allergy friendly (my dog is allergic to everything it seems!). They delivered the box of food next day for no extra charge. The whole thing was great and cost effective as far as raw food goes. Unfortunately my dogs stomachs are so sensitive they couldnt keep the food down (there was nothing wrong with the food, they do this with many things). The company gave me a full refund! Very happy.

Sometimes your little adventure off the road becomes a lifetime memory. This is exactly what happened to me at this meat shop.You buy first hand from the butcher instead of a grocery store. Hence it is fresh,soft and much juicy when cooked.Meat shop has a display counter in front where customers purchase first hand and behind is the giant warehouse with sections. Butcher area ,sealing area and dispatch side was all there. Nick , the owner and proud butcher himself is very hard working and funny guy.My overall experience was good but it did make me think to go vegan.. lol I guess I will try..So all you meat lovers- Visit here for sure

Found a bug in my sausage today. Totally grossed out. Place always seemed a little disorganized but I figured it's a butchers shop. As a longstanding customer I'm pretty peed off.

We have been ordering a full beef for a decade now. Our farmer originally exposed us to Edminton Custom Packers and we couldn't have been happier. 4 years ago our farmer started using someone closer to their farm and the other butcher didn't cut or package the way we requested and didn't provide us with all of the beef bones. This year I am so happy because we are back with Edmonton Custom Packers. They are definitely our preferred butcher. Rates are reasonable, quality cuts, great costumer service, and am the bones are provided. They take the time to walk me through the cuts and make suggestions even on how to prepare cuts that I haven't had experience with.Best butcher in the Edmonton area!

Parked my car near their facility this morning and instead of leaving me a note like a decent human being to inform me that parking there (which had no signs stating I couldn't park there) was an issue, they instead left a COW INTESTINE on my windshield. Very disappointed and disturbed by their lack of human decency and unprofessional behaviour. If I could rate this place zero stars I would.

This place now takes debit. I heard about it from my friends and family but cash only made it tough to work in. Fantastic meats at fantastic prices. I highly recommend the rolled bacon luncheon meat

Do not bring your beef here to get butchered.They charge too much, the bill was higher then expected. I filled out the cutting sheet and sent it to the receptionist, two weeks later I received a very angry call from the owner because I didn’t give any cutting instructions. Turns out the receptionist just ignored/lost the email. Almost no effort is put in when cutting steaks, absolutely no trimming was done on any of our steaks. Lots of our ground beef packages were covered in blood on the outside. The animal yielded a lot less then expected when going from live weight to actual weight of meat in the freezer, hopefully this was only due to a poor job cutting and not due to them helping themselves to my beef.

Left me a couple messages while I was on holidays regarding an order. Tried to phone them back- the cuts are not what I want- phone call is met with a loud screeching sound.Edit- was very frustrated at first, but they made it right in the end. And the lady at the store was very friendly and helpful!
