I went with my daughter, first for a consultation (with Lilly) and then for piercing with Jimmy. Both times the service was excellent. First we were given very detailed information about various options. Then, for the actual piercing, Jimmy was very reassuring and knowledgeable. My daughter was given very detailed after-care advice. The shop is very clean and spacious. Overall an excellent experience.

AMAZING experience getting my 5-year old's ears pierced, with Jimmy and Lily. They pierced them at the same time, so it went really smoothly. Jimmy explained all of the cleaning and care, and was really helpful. Definitely will go back!!!

Jimmy was super professional. Went in very anxious but he reassured me and explained everything so well. Was not expecting my nose piercing to go so quick and very little pain. Thanks again to Amanda that booked me and Jimmy for doing a great job!

Horrible place to get a piercing .. or to get jewelry… I bought an industrial bar was told it was implant grade titanium because I’m allergic to surgical steel. They put the jewelry in.. 1st photo is what my industrial looked liked before going to adrenaline and 2nd photo is after. I had to almost go to the hospital to get the jewelry cut out of my ear… thank god the other piercing shop was able to get it out.. not to mention now I have a very bad infection … as well as when I went to adrenaline to talk to the manager they simply laughed and argued with me.. don’t recommend this place

Stunning service. The staff is so friendly and offered lollipops once the piercing was done. They explain the whole cleaning process, provide the products, and make sure to be on the same page as you. This was my sister’s second time going and we’d definitely go again.
