We are so thankful for Brett. Our basement flooded due to a water main break. He answered his phone at 7 in the morning and came as quickly as he could. Our only regret is our horrible neighbour who was incredibly rude to Brett and we’re sorry for that! His service was outstanding and he was so sympathetic to our situation and it was greatly appreciated given the fact that the plumber we used last year completely ignored our texts for help. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you Brett!

Brett is a real pleasure to work with. I first contracted Brett to install an HRV unit in our basement suite. I was so pleased with his workmanship and attitude that I hired him for several other projects after that. He arrives on time and communicates well throughout the duration of the project. Brett was able to respond to our leaking pipe connection issues with a very quick turnaround. When he made it to our home, his work is of high quality and he was very communicative if there was a change to be made. Brett was awesome to deal with. Furnace was making a horrible noise, he came in and figured it out quickly. Got the part in right away and replaced the part the next afternoon.It was a great experience and I will use him again.

Called when my on demand water heater stopped working reliably. He came out the first day and looked at it but said they could not fix it but would call the manufacturer. Has not called when they said they would and when I would call multiple times they won't commit to a time to come it fix it always that they will call later and never does. I've had someone else come in and it was a simple blocked line.
