This company feels the need to come twice a week at 7:30am into the middle of the downtown core in a highly populated area with lots of apartments and does thier dumpster pick up. It sounds like a car crash every time, with the bins lids smashing off the dumpsters and then the horn for the truck as he backs out. Hard to believe that this service needs to be provided at 7:30 in the morning, when the recycling crews come around noon, a more reasonable time. I'm sure these guys wouldnt want to get woken up twice a week at 7:30am! How you think that time in the morning is suitable or reasonable for that kind of work is simply beyond me.

These guys are horrible. They launch bins across driveways, have broken several bins including mine, they purposely BLOCK cars, I watched the driver today stop his truck and see cars coming to exit then immediately pull up and block the exit, making several cars wait for almost 6 mins! Unbelievable! Unprofessional, rude, lazy workers. I have all of this captured on my security cameras. What a joke.

We love our garbage /recycling peeps .. we have never had an issue living in Ancaster for over a decade with them .. we thank and appreciate all they do .

Today March 14 the Garbage truck turning around on my court used my driveway as I have pictures of tire marks on it,broke one of my recycling bins that I just picked up about 3 weeks ago,as the others ones were destroyed by them,they threw the broken one inside the truck and the recycling paper that were on the ground they mixed it in the glass/plastic bin,so,when recycling truck came by the threw a sticker on it as there was mixed recycling,I have that on camera plus my neighbour saw everything,I understand it’s not an easy job but at least try to put some effort in as you are getting paid for it

Completely unprofessional.Drivers continuously park in bike lanes to go get coffee or in clearly marked do not stop anytime zones making the communities and roads unsafe.When asked to move employees get rude, threatening and aggressive.When calling the company to resolve the issue they are mostly unresponsive and don’t discipline their employees for their behaviour so the issue continues to persist.Avoid doing business with this company at all costs

1st they picked up all my recycling except one bin, not tagged. I called they passed it on to the supervisor. Next day my bin is still on the curb, I called back. I was told they said it wasn't out. It was!! It hasn't moved. Then later that day their Emergency Response " truck drives right past my home

Constantly throwing our bins wherever they feel like throwing them most of the time I can't even get into my own drive way because the bins are blocking it. On my busy street having to pull over to the side of the road to move them is just asking for an accident

Everytime I get my recycling or garbage picked up they do a horrible job. I meticulous separate all my blue bin and green bin to a high standard...then the recycling guy picks my semi clear bag of plastics out of the blue bin and throws it on the ground and says it needs to be clear. While the other bin is still half full of paper and says if the loose stuff doesn't come out it stays....these clowns are a joke, just do your job!

This employer's terrible. The muffler is underneath the trucks, which causes the exhaust to go in the employee's face either in the back of the truck or on the sides when they're unloading. Even in the morning when you have to circle check the truck, it's impossible to breathe. It smells like ammonia. Please don't blame the employees for being grumpy and doing a bad job at times. blame the employer for treating the employees terribly. they still force them to wear masks and not pay them siting mistakes. also the lockers are ridiculousily small. Not to mention the gloves they give them, are good-for-nothing.
