I called their helpline for assistance with login issues. Nobody answered my call so I left a voicemail with my call back number. And I was amazed to receive call back within a minute and my issue resolved within minutes. I am greatly impressed by their service.

Really surprised by my experience. I called, asking if the company was able to send someone to help my company with a computer problem. He said no. They only provide service for customers. I asked him to explain what it takes to become a customer and he told me to fill out a form online and someone would get back to me. The guy couldn't have been less interested in helping us.He called me back (unsolicited) and said that I must have misunderstood him and that someone would give me a call. I think he realized that he was making the business look bad. I asked him to get someone to call back on the same number he just called but he ignored me and tried to get all of my contact info. He didn't say when I could expect a call back.Update: The owner called me directly and did a great job taking responsibility. He helped find a solution outside of his firm which was a gesture that I really appreciated. He did a good job trying to make everything right and I would trust this to be the norm at the company.

I met Ian and team in 2007. His company does IT services; mine does web design and marketing. We have been helping support each other 's clients since! Adaptive Technical helps for-profit and non-profit companies with their IT, allowing these companies to continue their important work. I'm impressed with Adaptive's processes and I enjoy working with them. Often, it's during stress situations and we all do our best to help the client and get sites working and clients calm.
