I had the amazingly good fortune to blow a tire about 100m from the Carleton Place shop. I have unusual tires and they didn’t have stock but they called around and found a place in Ottawa. After they put my emergency tire on, they sent me on my way with good hopes for a safe trip and without charge!These are really good folks and I hope that you do all your tire business with them.

I have brought two vehicles to Hank's in Carleton Place on two occasions. The first time, the inside of my wheels were full of snow and making the vehicle shake. They cleaned them out and didn't even charge me. The second time around, I brought in a vehicle for a safety inspection that was unable to pass and they stopped working on it as soon as they knew it wouldn't pass, even though they could have continued with the inspection. Again, they didn't even charge me for the time! I will definitely be coming here for repairs, when the time comes. Thanks!

I had 4 tires installed here. Work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. My only problem is with the cost. I feel that $190 with tax is more than excessive. I seriously doubt I will be doing business here again.

Hey cannot thank you guys enough today for looking after me on such short notice. Called on the phone and had a nail in the tire which lost air pretty fast. You changed it out for me with the spare and never even charged for your time. Top notch customer service and I will always recommend you guys.

The day before our weekend event we were desperately searching for a shop that would install our (somewhat specialty) tires on rims. Everywhere else either refused to do the work due to it being unorthodox or unfamiliar, or told us it would be another week. Hanks let us drop off that morning and pulled it out of the bag to have them installed by the end of the day. Helped us out big time, made our day and saved our weekend! Great service and very reasonably priced. Thank you!
