Great experience financing my car with capital trust financial. Their customer service is top notch. I would recommend anyone to them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Many many loop holes, please read thoroughly before signing anything, they make you feel very uncomfortable when asking questions before signing and are never clear about their answers. Main person you need to avoid is NAVID, please stay away from this private lender and go with more forward lenders as you will save yourself lots future trouble. I have never written a google review until now because I truly felt obligated to, to save others from this disgusting company. I have many screen shots and emails if anyone needs any clarity and proof to stay away from them.Also during your first visit they practically beg you to write them a 5 star google review, so you should definitely disregard majority of the 5 star reviews on here. Awful company.Sawf tahsul ealayk alkarma. Alduea ealayha.Realize how there are ONLY 1 star and 5 star reviews? You know its fake 5 star reviews when there are only ratings at two ends of the spectrum. What a joke! Dont hesitate to contact me regarding all the proof I have on them! If youre thinking about going with them.. save yourself and DONT.

When signed papers it took two weeks to deliver the vehicle and after 2 days the car was not in running condition. In need of transmission, engine, tires and new radio. I then tried to return the car but I was told I only have two option 1 to trade in the vehicle or 2 to have the dealership take the car back capital trust refused to make a lending hand. When attempting to trade in vehicle I was later told about 2/3 accidents not disclosed to me through car fax presented by capital trust . After attempting to return the vehicle the dealership had advised me the car is payed off full by the lending bank and only capital trust has say on what is done with the vehicle, giving me the run around. After a missed payment due to car expenses in December, I called to change payment dates that was denied. I emailed to arrange a payment plan for a second missed payment February due to a hit and run. that was also denied. when etransfered both missed payments on March 26th the car was repossessed the same day when given a deadline at the end of March. When I called to mediate (account had been brought up to date) to continue payments even at a higher monthly plan that was also denied. When offered 2000 out of the 5000 dollars remaining on the finance “lease” I was told to call back Monday the 29th because management has left for remaining of the day. Monday the the 29th I called to speak to management and was told the only option for me at this time was to pay the car in full. I later called for method of payment and assured receptionist I would be in before closing time to drop a bank draft and then accused of not making an appointment with said man. I explained I only wanted to leave the check so the car is not sold ,as i was emailed “I have seven days before the car is sold after the repossession”. I have made substantial upgrades and repairs on the vehicle. I expressed I only wanted to be reassured that the car was not sold. He then told me he could sell the car if he wished to and refused to listen to me further. I have my work phone and important papers in the vehicle that it was more than one sense of urgency. After disagreeing with the customer service he threaten to call the police on me accusing me of trespassing after calling ahead ,being let in by security and asked to sit/wait. Another man not in uniform then began to push my mother out the door hurting her breast and then pursued to assault me , pushing me and then picking me up and out the door while leaving my 4 year old daughter on the other side of the door inside the unit. In the process he left my back all red and and my breast sore wilts claiming to give me an opportunity to speak and accusing me of not responding to said emails ; in the middle of me trying to prove to them multiple responses were made via email and that they did not due their best In contacting me . I had only called to update my insurance but did not receive letter mailed of any further action or discrepancies on my account. No man or women should ever ignore personal space or put their hands on someone else during mediation and use physical force in front of a minor ESPECIALLY DURING COVID-19 . police were then called by my mother and had them agree to retrieving my belongings. I was then told to wait up to 7 days to wait for my personal belongings due to the cars location (caliden, ontario). These people are crooks and try to play with time so they can benefit at others expense. I am a single mother who depends on her vehicle for work ,care for her child and my living independence. My wallet , work badge and work phone were in the vehicle. They are inconsiderate. It’s seems to me as a thirD party bank they don’t get enough business and want to extort client’s. Capital trust is making defamatory remarks on my name claiming I had two prior repossessions and slandering my character. They are very unprofessional.

I've been a client of Capital Trust Financial for a few years now and I am very happy that I chose them for my car loan. Navid has been nothing but helpful over the years and is always there to answer any questions I may have. I will be going to them for any future car loans I may have and recommend to anyone else who needs a car loan.

They will fraud you and then try take you to court to enforce a default judgment. I paid off a car I thought I was financing and instead they continued to take payments from me till the car they misrepresented broke down. They sold my car I paid off on auction. They were well aware about the fraud they was doing. They will implicate themselves on their own fraudulent activity. Their customer base is low. They rely on people who are not properly educated on finance terms. This is a company that won't last much longer Under the business license they got.

Very good company I delt with navid amazing guy he helped me a lot I got a Lexus IS 250 I made my payments there running a business helping people love these guys I recommend any one that needs a car should go to them

Capital Trust Financial is definitely the best. I've been with them for almost a year and I've had nothing but a great experience with them. They are very understanding and they always do they're best to ensure client satisfaction. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to lease or finance a vehicle.

Finance my car never had a problem with them ok experience no issues they work fast to get you approved my Credit was poor but I got my car and paid off in full I waited until I was done with my payments to write review and I can say not a bad experience with them just pay on time and you shouldn’t have a problem with them A++++ they helped when I needed it.

I financed a 2013 Mercedes C class back in August from Capital Trust Financial through Canadian Fine Motors, I wasn't expecting to get approved with a 495 credit score but i did with a 14.5 interest rate wit 33 percent down payment, I didn't need the financing but wanted to find a way to build my credit and by all means at that time, financing a car and building credit seemed like a good option. I paid off the car the $25,000 balance within 8 months, saw my credit jump to 610 in a year . Working with capital trust financial was a good choice , i was very pleased with their service and would definatley recommend them if you have a below average credit score. However i do understand that installing the GPS is important for the lender for people with below average credit score but the fee to finance is about $1800 which in my opinion is high however they get the work done.

Capital trust approved me for a loan to lease a van with them a couple years ago when no other company would because I didn’t have the best credit. Now I have built my credit and I am able to different things I couldn’t do before.They have been there for me when times have gotten hard by helping me arrange my payments that meet my needs as long as I’m all caught up which I always am. But they have been absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a loan for a vehicle or a loan in general. They go above and beyond for there customers without complaint and that’s amazing customer service. 5 stars all the way
