I had my 2016 Mazda 6 GT detailed inside out at Bing today. I had a meeting in an hour and asked if they could put a rush. My car was cleaned within 40 mins and it looks awesome.

Didn't buy anything here, was just here with my bf to test drive a car ge wanted but I'd highly recommend this place. It feels like going out to your uncles for some fun and business. I love the vibe here, very homey, you don't feel out of place here or like you don't belong. The people we worked with were professional and welcoming.Definitely a place to check out

General Manager Colin was very rude through our correspondence. I'll be doing business somewhere that shows respect to its customers and I'd suggest anyone else do the same.He even left one of the 5 star reviews on here. Shady place, best avoided.

Wonderful service! Excellent attention to detail - they really go above and beyond! Detail shop is fantastic the car goes in a complete mess and comes out sparkling every time. Management checks everything to make sure its perfect and they havewonderful customer service.

Recently bought a nice little car for my daughter here. Colin, helped us through the process, Trailered the car home, as we lived out of town. All went well, for awhile at least. 650km into this car, after new winter tires and signal light units, as one had a big hole it it. I had just had it out and it ran flawlessly. My wife went to take it out and it wouldn't start. I called to enquire about the warranty and that I was going to have to take it to a shop. Turns out the belt tensioner failed and the timing belt jumps and bent all the valves in the head. When we bought the car I was told that if something major goes wrong with it we wont hold you to it" They had the car inspected and some work done on it

You have to know a lot about vehicles up front and take the initiative to have your independent vehicle inspection. Do not rely on the provided inspection. They had no records to substantiate vehicle maintenance records. I purchased a Black 2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 TRD 4x4.They will not negotiate on price and no matter what problems you uncover, they will state that you are purchasing the vehicle as-is as it is used; kind-off obvious that it is used...Problems I uncovered was the air filter was old, recorded on vehicle inspection report but not changed. TPMS system error light. No chiming from front/rear bumper proximity detection system. No chiming when vehicle headlights left ON or key left in the ignition. No wheel adaptor (key) for security wheel nuts.Colin is the Manager and Vivian was the sales person. Colin is straightforward and helpful quick to respond via email. Colin dropped off and picked up my vehicle from a local shop for inspection.Vivian was calm and laid back until I paid my deposit to hold the vehicle pending independent inspection. She knew nothing about the vehicle and deferred to Colin for all my questions. Not sure how or why she was the salesperson. I paid my $500 refundable deposit on the Thursday with Colin stating they would normally hold it for a week, however because of the weekend and it being a high-demand vehicle, they would hold it until Monday for me.Vivian called me on Friday to pressure me to take the vehicle or they will return my deposit. The very next day! She then pressured me further. I made it very clear to her that I did not appreciate the pressure, over the phone and in-person.Over the phone, on the Friday, I asked for a discount, Vivian immediately responded that she can give me a $400 discount if I waive the 3-month warranty. I told her clearly that it would be pretty idiotic of me to buy a used truck with 250,000km and not have a warranty.I then asked her to send me the warranty coverage and exclusions information. That took a while to obtain, and I only got a copy of it from her in-person on the following Tuesday when I purchased the truck.So when purchasing the vehicle, I was told that I could only put $5k on my credit card due to their charges with the credit card company and the rest would have to be bank draft, cash or debit.The balance exceeded my debit limit, so I had no choice but cash or bank draft. Not being familiar with Aldergrove, Vivian directed me to the nearest RBC which was 10 minutes walk away. Turns out it was 13 minutes away at a fast pace.When I asked Vivian if I could get a ride or drive the Tundra, she just smiled and refused to answer. I asked her a second time in case she did not hear or understand me and I was met with the same response.While I was on my walkabout, she called me to pressure me to hurry up as the insurance guy was waiting for me and it was close to closing time. This was really irritating!In-person on purchase day, Vivian continued to try to persuade me to relinquish the warranty in lieu of the $400 discount! She tried really hard...I wondered why!Post sale, I emailed Colin to enquire about the security wheel nut key/adaptor and he informed me that this was a common item to go missing on a used vehicle and I could take it down to the nearest shop and pay for them to remove it for me.Anyways, I have had the truck since 02Feb2021 and everything seems okay for now.Bing Automotive has offered no after-sales service or support of any kind throughout the buying process.

Got a truck through in-house (and I was promised a lower rate after a year, never happened) from the old place, Save a Lot. Not sure if they’re the same owners or what, because NO ONE will return emails or phone calls.I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. Oil leaks, bad brakes right after I got it, 4x4 that never worked. And like I said above, no phone calls, no returned emails. Nothing.The lack of response time and caring about their in house customers would make me stay far, far away from this place.
