Ryan was a lifesaver, went above and beyond to help get my car load of kids home safely. Was a simple fix, but his willingness to help me out when I happened to catch him at the shop outside of open hours took the edge off of what was an otherwise very difficult day. Honestly wouldn’t know what we would’ve done if we hadn’t found this place!! Ryan was extremely accommodating and tried his very best to help out with our stressful situation, and he really does get the job done. Amazing place and would rate it more if I could. Would’ve been stuck without Ryan’s help, and he even made the extra effort to help us out considering we had no car and stuck in a town we weren’t familiar with. Highly recommend this place!

We are 800 km from home and got a flat in the hot sun. We put on the spare, called trail tire. Ryan took us in and fixed the tire and we were on our way. I wish I could give a higher rating. So grateful and so thankful to Ryan at Trail tire. 100% great service. Thank you!!!! There is also an incredible splash park with water fountain. Feeling extremely blessed.

He never tries to get her to have work done that doesn’t need to be done and is always straight forward with us. He manages to fit us in as quickly as possible and has proven to go above and beyond. Phoned Ryan and asked what he'd charge to service my A/C. He said $200 if nothing unusual was required and that's what he charged. Then asked him for an estimate for a job on my other vehicle and he said it would be about $100. Another shop had given me a price of $200 so I went with Ryan. In the end he only charged me $75 because it didn't take as long as he thought it might. Both jobs were done well and I couldn't be happier. Ryan's integrity has made me a permanent customer.

Grinding sounds while driving down the highway are never a good thing. Our regular mechanic wasn't able to get us in and recommended calling Ryan. They had the car in that day and back to us 24 hours later with all issues fixed, at a very fair price.

Fantastic Service from Ryan at Midtown! My wife and I were back to Salmon Arm for a visit and he repaired a botched brake job we had done at another dealership in Vancouver, quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. And for a fair price! Looking forward to having him do more work on our vehicles when we are back in the Arm!
