Excellent experience with Immeubles Gloria. They gave me all the information and endless possibilities when i was purchasing my first investment property!

I moved in at 3400 Linton avenue a week ago, on January 23, 2015 and I was lied to by the superintendant. I was told that the building was very quiet, quiet enough that i could do massage therapy in my apartment which is not the case at all. The walls are like cardboard even though this dwelling was just renovated completely. Obviously they omitted to to the most essential part, soundproofing. I can hear both my neighbors talking, coughing, and their kids crying, screeming, playing the flute, running basically it's like i'm living with them and it's not their fault.I do not recommend living here if you need peace and quiet to study, or simply think, watch a movie, talk on the phone. Forget about being able to do yoga or meditate or take a nap in the afternoon or sleep in on Sunday morning.
