I have visited with. Dr. Camastra both pre and postpartum, and have also taken her postpartum rehabilitation course. She is an expert in her field and truly cares for the patient and their wellbeing. I highly recommend her to all, especially pregnant women or postpartum moms.I’ve also visited with Dr. Aleisha and Lindsay, one of their physiotherapists and had wonderful experiences with both as well.The office staff is also so friendly, and the space itself is beautiful. Highly recommend Oshawa Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Wellness Centre to all!

Highly recommend! I have been going to Oshawa wellness for 3 years now. Dr. Michelle Camastra has treated me during pregnancy and postpartum as well as treating both of my babies! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and made a world of difference during my pregnancies, recoveries, and breastfeeding experience.Now I’m seeing Dr. Mark Asquith for a TMJ disorder and after only a few treatments and changes in habits I’m already having way less pain. Highly recommend!All of the staff are amazing. Heather and Kelsey are also fantastic, always offering a warm smile and making the clinic just run seamlessly. They are very good at what they do!

Just wanted to say how happy I am to have found Oshawa wellness. I saw Dr. Mark Asquit who helped me tremendously with my chronic shoulder & neck pain and I can honestly say within 3 sessions I have absolutely no pain whatsoever. Dr. Asquit was so knowledgeable in his field and made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything which helped a lot as it was my first time getting chiropractic therapy. Happy to report no more pain but would very much recommend to anyone looking for pain relief!

I had never been to a Chiropractor until today. I was apprehensive about getting chiropractic treatment at first, but the experience that I had changed everything. Dr. Deanna Nickel's warm, friendly demeanor, and chiropractic knowledge instantly made me feel comfortable for the appointment. The treatment that I had received from Dr. Nickel for my lower back pain actually made a difference immediately. The facility is clean and has a calming vibe to it. Appointments are easy to book online and you don't need a family doctor referral. The clinic works with clients' insurance providers to cover the costs of care. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone requiring chiropractic services.

I started looking for a chiropractor for my son when he was 3 months old. I noticed he was quite stiff and read that baby massages could help this. When I came across Oshawa Wellness I thought I’d give them a try. They did not disappoint! Dr. Camastra and her team are absolutely amazing. We visit them monthly for my son going between Dr. Camastra and Dr. Nickle, both who are so informative and helpful with each session. My son always comes home a happy boy after a visit with either of them.For myself, I’ve gone for chiropractic treatments, as well as post natal workout classes & dolphin treatments (super recommend for any mommas with scars, after 3-4 visits- no tenderness & my scar is almost gone) for my cesarean scar! I know with each visit I am in good hands from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave!

Dr. Camastra is nothing short of a miracle worker. After seeing multiple chiropractors in the past, I finally feel heard. Dr. Camastra uses a kind and compassionate approach to healing her patients. She listens to my concerns, provides immediate relief through various techniques and offers tips on how to maintain a healthier, stronger body.The clinic staff are always very helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend the clinic and all their staff!

I have been a regular customer for Oshawa wellness now for just over a year, and I can not even begin to express how amazing it is. I’ve gone to growco classes with Dr. Camastra and have seen her regularly for chiropractic appointments and she truly listens to you and helps to come up with the best plan for recovery.I’ve seen Dr. Gregory for naturopathic appointments and she is fantastic! In two appointments she was able to figure out the root of my health issues and implement a plan for a healthy recovery.All of the staff and programs that my family and I have utilized within this establishment have exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this place as a one stop shop for wellness.

Dr. Michelle Camastra is a great chiropractor, very caring and knowledgeable. She referred me to Lindsay for pelvic floor physiotherapy at the clinic. Lindsay is excellent, she did a thorough assessment and provided treatment which has immensely helped with my pelvic pain. She made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions. She even sent me an email afterwards with exercises I can perform at home. I also saw Shannon for prenatal massage and she was great, I finally feel relief in regards to the pain and stiffness in my whole back. I am so happy that I found this team of practitioners who will support me during my pregnancy :)

I've been coming here for a few years and will continue to come here. The staff is always so friendly, the massages are great (I cannot say enough good things about Bram!), Dr. Cregg is really personable and I like that he's flexible with scheduling, Dr. Gregory has been a tremendous help with helping me navigate the healthy world and working on symptoms that have been unresolved for years. I love that they're a multidisciplinary clinic, they direct bill insurance so it's easy for payments and everything is always clean. I only wish they had osteopath services! You should book all your appointments here, you won't be disappointed.
