Absolutely horrible experience first they deliver the wrong flowers to where I ordered them so we had to call and wait for them to turn the van around no apology on their end for that either. Then they copied the incorrect message onto the card that I wrote for the recipient. Then finally the flowers that do get ordered look absolutely nothing like the picture. Worst money I have ever spent on a gift and they will never get my service again. An absolute rip off and I would recommend any other flower place in winnipeg over them.

Ordered flower for my best friend for mothers day. It was her first monther's day without her mom so I wanted to get her a bouquet of her moms favourite flowers - Carnations. I called and placed the order over the phone, was asked if i wanted a vase and I said yes. I asked for a total and was given a price of $15 which was prefect. I picked up the order, they were beautiful everything went smoothly...or so I thought. I checked my credit card statement and they charged me $50...for Carnations....I called the company back when i found the discrepancy and left 2 voicemails without a call back. I finally got through and was told that the price i was quoted when i asked for the total was just for the vase. I will never recommend or return to this business.

We have ordered flowers to be delivered to our parents in Winnipeg twice now and both times the arrangements have been absolutely beautiful!

I brought in pictures of my wife's wedding bouquet to replicate it for our 25th anniversary and they went over and above. They matched it perfectly, right down to the ribbons, and she loved it! Such great customer service.

Beautiful arrangement!! Substitutions needed to be made due to season but turned out great and she loved them!!

The flowers are gorgeous and smell heavenly. They are fresh looking and beautiful after a few days.

I've used Top Hat Florist twice now. Both times the recipient was wowed with their gift of flowers. The selection and ease-of-use of the website were both excellent. Delivery was on-time and was even free. I love supporting local and will definitely use this florist again!Update: still five stars! I ordered an azalea plant for a friend. It was delivered on time, and the plant was absolutely full of blooms. It was absolutely gorgeous. The owner is so easy to work with and went above and beyond by sending me pictures of what I was considering to help me choose what to send. I'm currently working with him to put together another flower/plant order for another friend. Needless to say, Top Hat has become my go-to florist...top shelf!
