The reception who picks up the phone is extremely unprofessional. She does not speak proper English herself and she is helping new comers? This place is a scam. Do not go here. They will take your money and not help you. The lady on the phone and a lady named Karishma both have bad English and they sent me the wrong formality and information for my procedure I needed. Save your money and do not find help with these people that just landed in Canada themselves yesterday.Not to mention when faced with an answer the receptionist could not answer she hung up the phone call on me. Unprofessional and rude. This is not aimed at immigrants but it reflects the type of service because of the type of personality and characters that are working at this company.

It seemed like a big of task and rather a dilemma to me to find the right place to do my finger printing regarding a rather sensitive matter.I was then directed to Globeia on Victoria Park by my agent in Quebec!!The best part? An office in my neighbourhood!!Easy to get there and easier to conveniently park my car, making it on time for my appointment.But that was all I had to do.The whole process from A to Z had been calculated and in place meticulously.A professional staff member greeted me and ten minutes later ‘Voila’, I was out with a smile on my face and confidence in my heart knowing and assured that I am in good hands.Thanks to the team and Ms. Natasha!

Thank you everyone at Globia!It makes such a difference to have wonderful people working especially for these sorts of things like government forms, IDs, fingerprinting etc where I'm sure plenty of people have had unpleasant experiences with staff. Not here, the folks I interfaced with today were so delightful and because they're younger (than me lol) they're all up with the tech which is great! I highly recommend Globia if you need paperwork things done, thank you again!

Amazing, efficient, quick, easy, warm and great staff, reasonable cost. Visited Globeia Scarborough today. Overall had a great experience. You can book an appointment or even walk in.

Scheduled an appointment online to review my case. Got the automated emails and text message reminders. At the designated date and time I logged in and waited to connect with Globeia. Before the appointment time my meeting appointment was cancelled/declined. I reconnected again. Designated time came and went and no one showed up. 30 mins later and still no one logged in. I called Globeia only to be told that the appointment before me took longer than expected and that an agent will call you as soon as they are free. Three days later and no one has ever called or apologized. They might appear to be a professional outfit but my experience has been totally unprofessional and extremely unsatisfactory. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
