Looking for a bed well look no further. You get good customer service here and the prices are pretty fair. These guys also have a great selection of pillows. Make sure you test out your bed before buying it.

Terrible customer service! And I’m very disappointed that they can’t refund even though it’s brand new and never used. The mattresses here are overpriced. My advice would be is not to buy mattresses here because u won’t be able to get refund. Plus the workers go to the back and don’t do their jobs properly instead of helping other customers out.

After shopping around a lot with other stores we visited this store and could make decision at the very first visit. I purchased 2 mattress sets today. I had Sam help me to choose the right ones. He’s very knowledgeable and very resourceful. Very patient and a very good listener.Thank you Sam!

This is the second time I've bought a mattress from this location. Midge and Elise answered all my questions and we ended up buying the Emerald. They were knowledgable and funny. I'm planning to go back to buy another 2 mattresses. Thanks again :D

I experienced terrible customer service at the Hillcrest mall location today. I asked the customer service rep about the difference between two firm mattresses he was showing me. When i asked for more details on the foam mattress he told me to go online! Lol. Really? I needed two mattresses and he blew both sales with his lazy response. The store was empty, by the way- crickets. Guess he had something more important he was looking up on his computer...
