This is my second purchase from York furniture and both times the staff has been very helpful, going out of there way to make sure I was happy with my pieces. I was very specific in what look I wanted for my bed frame and when I wasn’t sure they had what I wanted the owner was able to show me a frame they could order in for me which, absolutely loved. I will continue to shop there as I furnish my home and look forward to helping this family run business.

We were shopping all day at multiple big box stores trying to find furniture that fit our budget. This store was able to give us real leather sofas for the same price that the big stores were selling faux leather sofas. Much better quality, excellent pricing and amazing customer service.

We were looking for dining tables and went to various stores in the area as well as searched online. We randomly came to this store and found a beautiful and high quality table with a great price. We were given a further discount and they were able to package the table and bench for us promptly and I was able to pick it up the same day. They also helped me put it in my car.Keep in mind they are liquidators so there is no warranty or refunds, but that's reflected in the price. However, the quality of their products seem very high.Will definitely come back here when I'm shopping furniture.Thank you !

Amazing customer service! They were professional and very helpful. We were helped by Edris and he was absolutely wonderful and didn’t push us into buying anything just gave us his suggestions and honest opinions. We got a great deal on a bundle of things and we would definitely recommend them to everyone and will for sure come back if we need anything. Edris made the process easy and seamless! So glad we went in to take a look!

I stumbled upon this place while searching for a new couch and man I was pleasantly surprised! They offer a great selection at fair prices. I had been to a lot of furniture stores that day and this place was one of the few places that didn't have sales people following me around or pressuring me. The staff here are polite and genuinely helpful. I will happily return should I need something else for my home.

We went in to buy some chairs. Found some nice reasonably priced ones, left with 6 chairs in boxes. They made us sign a contract saying they were good (DO NOT DO THIS until you have inspected your furniture). We asked them what happens if there's a problem since there's no returns, no exchanges on the bottom of the sale contract and we didn't have a chance to check them. He said no problem, just bring them back if there's a problem.So we get 6 chairs home, put them together and two of them are defective; one has a broken back, and the other has a chrome flaw on one of the legs. We take them back and this is where we realized our mistake in signing the paperwork and taking their word they would make it right.They basically accused us of breaking the broken chair by sitting on it too hard (really), suggested what do you expect for that price" ($75ea

Was helped by Edris and was pleased with the exceptional service, advice and purchase. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with what we were getting. We will definitely return.

Do not buy from this place. They only sell furnitures that are faulty or don't sell at other stores. I paid $4000 for 6 peace recliner set and in the first week they started to grind and by second month the whole frame broke. Spoke to them and first they were going to fix it and that didn't happened. Went there various times and in the end they decided to replace them but new ones were worst than the ones i returned. Now they don't even bother to talk to me.This place is not to be trusted. Do not waste money in this place. Spend the extra buck and buy it from trusted stores.
