Had the worst experience with the clinic. The doctors haven't called regarding my blood work and when I called them, they continuously tell me that the doctor will call but it has been over a month and still no reply and I have given up now. Really unprofessional behavior and attitude. Will not be going or recommending anyone to this clinic. Dr kandasamy. G

I have been calling this clinic to get my medical records for over a week, the very rude guy who takes the call is giving me the run around and I think is not relaying the messages to the office. He keeps telling me he would have them call me back and still nothing, my current doctors office has faxed over the request and they have yet to acknowledge it. The was the same situation when I lived in Ontario and tried to get an appointment. If you require proper service or communication from your doctor do not go here, I had told my family doctor at the time that this guy he hired to answer the phones was rude and don’t care about the service and obviously he did not care for my feedback because years later this ignorant person is still there “Buyer” beware.

Don't even waste your time. The doctors are both okay, but there's a huge disconnect beginning with the person who answers the phone to the front staff and the doctors. There's obviously no proper communication and I often feel like they are understaffed and just don't know what they are doing the entire time my husband has also come here and has said that they always have trouble taking blood and we always waits for hours before getting seen. When asking for an appointment, you have to wait days if not weeks and same with prescriptions. Professionalism is definitely lacking, just do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go.

Doctors are ok and nice enough, but unbelievably incompetent admin staff and long wait times. Waited 1 month for an important referral, calling 4 times within that time and still receiving no updates, even being asked to call a different office to speak with the doctor. Upon going in personally, I was forced to wait 2 hours and see the doctor as a walk-in patient to have my referral looked into. After doing the leg work and finding an oncologist who would see me quickly, they again refused to change my referral unless I came in for a third appointment regarding the same issue and same referral.

Had appointment at 11am. Doctor haven't checked me untill 1.07pm. Though the doctors are nice and friendly, there is a huge disorientation between walk-ins and people with appointments. Don't go unless you are okay to spend some solid hours especially on the weekends.

The doctors at this clinic are great. The rest of the staff are terrible. If you speak Tamil you get preferential treatment. I was one of the first people there with an appointment. Yet others who came in after me spoke Tamil at the desk and were taken in ahead of me. When the doctor arrived she asked the other woman why we were not first as we need to be first. Seems like the front desk staff give other preferential treatments.

disappointed. You need to wait long time to get an appointment. I am waiting more than a month to get my blood report, every time I call they say doctor will call in two business days. Even though I registered for my family they said they can't give appointment to my daughter. Is it fair family member going to a different family doctor. So don’t waste your time

Called them as my family was looking for a doctor close to us. They told us they would be able to accommodate us and that we would just have to register. When I got there, they changed the story saying that they would only accept men at the time. I wish they were honest. I feel like they took one look at us and then changed their minds

They are not only an Excellent Doctors , they are simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face . Always amazing treatment. They are extraordinary intelligent Doctors with human values.

Worst experience me and my family had ever had, doctors are disrespectful and unprofessional. Always using words to invalidate the reasons on why you’re going. Very inappropriate, rude, and not worth your time
